I don't think putting mats valk's 4.74 world record is a good representation because that utilized VLS to force an OLL skip and just so happened to get a PLL skip as well whereas these "technically" are VLS (or in the case of the 3.69 HLS) but weren't forced as they're generally the optimal last pair solutions, good video otherwise
