    Who do you think was the best this year? ⬇️

  • @curiousNic

    Overall it's Max with his 3 World Championship titles and 8 or 9 WRs this year closely followed by Tymon who also performed amazing at Worlds plus wins for most interesting and insane solutions. But if we only count 3x3, it's Yiheng, he's on another level.

    It’s so insane that all 3 had the same scramble, all chose yellow cross, and all 3 chose different ways to solve. The craziest part is that Yihang just recently turned 10 years old, can you imagine the records he will have broken by the time he’s Max and Tymon’s age. Unbelievable!

  • @DylanCuber

    I think Tymon used pseudo which made him think too much about the steps while solving. Make him slow down to observe. So he only got a score of 5 even though the solution was crazy compared to yiheng wang. As for Yiheng wang, the steps are quite simple but he has mastered it in a crazy way

    • @FlashRayLaser
      @FlashRayLaser Год назад

      @@Pomni740Respectfully, I think you're completely, utterly missing the point. No one is claiming that the exact techniques he uses in his speed solves could someday crush or even match top FMC.
      Rather, what people are pointing out is that Tymon's style is so absurdly more intellectual than anything other top speedsolvers are managing, that it very powerful suggests he would quite likely be an insane FMC person if he went a different route in life and instead started from scratch with what he needs to learn for that.
      But Tymon literally said something like he'd rather never cube again than specialize in that. That said, if you look at the course of his career you can see him slowly moving from short burst events to taking longer events more seriously, so there's no telling how he could feel by his 20s or 30s.
