Stop licking your fingers
Great information!
Glad it was helpful!
It’s hard to read the exact amounts needed to make the salve in the transcript. Can you please print the amounts needed. Thank you.
It's one cup olive oil, 1 ounce beeswax, 0.1 ounce powdered comfrey
Thank you!
I love how green your salve is.
Thanks so much
Where are you located in Florida?
Palm Bay, zone 9b
Pat does this hand pollinating technique applies to other Annonas such as SourSop, Custard Apple, and Ilama?
Not sure if it's necessary for every annona. Can't hurt. I just did a hand pollination video for my Rolinia tree last week. My friend has a soursop and she has fruit and never hand pollinated. If you have the right pollinators in your garden it won't be necessary
Does your friend lives in South Florida? As you know South Florida climate is different than ours in Central Florida. The reason I asked about the SourSop is because my tree is currently flowering for the first time and it dropped 1 flower and it dried out. This happened after a heavy rain fall we had the other day. I have new flowers coming alone and wanted to know if this was something I needed to do to get it to successfully fruit.
@@Carlos1075 she does but I also have another friend in palm Bay who has lots of soursop. His tree is big so I don't think he hand pollinate all. I would definitely hand pollinate it if it were my tree to ensure fruit especially while it's still young. Another thing is they often drop their first few fruit so that could be it too
Where in Miramar is this located would like to visit.
How sweet is your Mexican guava, comparing with your other guava varieties?
Pretty sweet compared to other guava I've had. The only other guava on my property that fruited already is my white Mexican guava that was actually sweeter and creamier. My white Thai are fruiting now but they are all green so don't know if it's sweeter
Thanks for sharing, Pat! I’d like mine to flower! I chopped her about a year ago and she’s come back but stopped growing at some point. She’s just NOT happy for some reason. lol!
Oh no! That sucks. Make sure she's well hydrated. Mine wasn't growing for a while but it wasn't getting enough water. She's doing great now
Awesome informative video 🙌🏽 I hope that you get a lot of fruit 🤞🏽
So nice of you. Thanks so much!
Thanks for identifying female flower to male flower. Very detailed stages, I will apply and let you know my results. Thanks again
You're very welcome. Can't wait to hear about your success!

Hey sist I have another pest that punches many holes on the young developing cherrys - they looks like moths four legs and fly away afterwards. Do you have an idea of what they are an how to treat them? I really hate them!
That sucks. I haven't seen this but sounds like you need BT
❤❤❤
Can I just get the sead and plant it
I'm sure you can. You have to consider it is poly or monoembryonic seed. That determines if the fruit is same as what you planted
Hand pollination is really interesting.A sure way to get fruits.
It sure is. Thanks for watching!
Do you sell comfrey?
I didn't buy I do sell the salves in Etsy
😂 I get scratched all the time. Am always remembering to buy protection. What's with the Okra . I only get 1 okra and they don't grow tall
Clemson spineless are the best. Great at fruiting and the best flavor. Try them
Bless up yourself sis. Wish we could get some of the yardie fruits here in oregon... :(
Cute hat and sleeves! The okra looks super healthy.
It is! Thanks
You looking very fashionable today 😂❤
Thank you so much😁
Awesome ❤
I need to get it all the way in. Got it.
You made it so easy! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. You touched on everything I would have asked. I did of course hit the love button and subscribed.
Wonderful! So glad you enjoyed and subscribed. Thank you
Where do you buy that without paying an arm and a leg?
A friend gave me a cutting and I grew this from the cutting
I've never seen for sale except in Etsy. I used to sell on Etsy
Just hearing about your farm must visit
Those sleeves and the hat look like WINNERS!!! Complete protection!❤
❤❤I see you are enjoying it.
I sure am ❤️

Thank so much
Thank you :)
You're very welcome
Looks good, but yu could a bite it so we can see the in side. 😅😅😅 thanks for sharing dear.
😂 next time
Sorry I need to tell you that any herbs you do, to work well, you put in glass jars not metal and you mixed it with wood spoon. The metal changes quality of the herbs. With natural herbs you don’t use metal. 🙏🙏🙏
Great to know. I hadn't heard that. I've been getting amazing feedback from the folks who have tried it so far. I'll look into getting glass
@@backyardfarmerpat you will see the difference, the product will be work faster than before. The metals absorb the quality of the plant
@@lilide2729 thank you so much for letting me know. How about plastic if I can't find glass in that size?
thanks for the information good to know I use herbal remedies 🥰🥰
@@backyardfarmerpat plastic is the same as metal. If you notice the big companies have glass jars in all expensive products, to keep the quality of cream for long term. I ordered the smaller glass jars from Amazon and if you do the oils of product is better to put in dark bottles or I put it outside the bottle aluminum foil, to stay in the dark. You can see the best Olive Oil is in the dark bottle, the one in light is not original oil, is mixed with other oils. I learned that from reading through natural sources. Have a great day 🙏🙏
Hello Farmer Pat, do you know the name of that jackfruit? what type is it?
Hi there, we didn't know what type it is
Beautiful
Thank you
