Sturdy chicken run for $50 using scrap wood, reused chicken wire and new fence pickets

The chickens have been escaping at least twice a week and destroying my garden. In today's video we're building a more permanent fence to keep them out of my garden.
materials used
2x4x6 pressure treated wood - old wood from previous owners - FREE
4 foot chicken wire - reused from previous fence-FREE
16 pressure treated fence pickets - $1.48 to $2.08 each
1x4x12 PT Wood to build gate $6.88
gate latch $5.88
hinges for gate - $10
