With those types of blenders your not supposed to run them for too long at once. Pressure will build up inside the cup and contents will start to come out the sides due to the pressure build up. If you overfill the cup it will happen faster as well. Mine is a different brand but similar style, and mine suggests not running it for more than 90 seconds continuously

"Blend until smooth and creamy" does not mean *thick* and not runny. It will still be a wee bit runny. It needs to be that way to freeze to the proper consistency. As far as adding the vanilla, that's perfectly fine. Also a sweetener. But the sweetener should be allulose so that the ice cream can be "ice crystal" free. The allulose will make the ice cream very smooth without any ice crystals. And it won't be frozen rock solid. To get an explanation about what allulose does for us, watch Dr Boz's video. She's not carnivore but she is Keto and says that allulose is not just another sweetener. As she was explaining on her video, she was actually eating ice cream made with allulose.
Hey, you girls are killing it with the simple recipe content lately! Did you know that you could use these same 3 ingredients to make custard in the oven as well? Google Carnivore Custard in oven, and there are several recipes. It's nice when warm in the winter months and even good cold the next day.

Oh, also wanted to say if your mixture was hot while you were blending it, that can cause pressure to build up inside the blender cup. That could be why you had some spillage.

I love a bit of Dr Kiltz's ice cream. What I usually do, is whip the cream up first so it's light and airy, then add other stuff, just folding it through.
great video, i have that blender, you always have to make sure the edges of the container and lid are clean before putting on the lid then tighten well or it will leak ❤
I get raw cream and add a little raw milk and it's an amazing shakelike treat, plenty sweet but you can also add some glycine to sweeten it up. I used to take 18 egg yolks and put it in a pint of cream with some glycine as a postworkout/fast breaking meal and I could really feel the muscle pile on. Unfortunately good eggs are now ridiculously expensive so it would cost me like 10-15 bucks to make that now. It is also kind of a pain. But it does work well!
I've been carnivore for about 14 months and started to make carnivore ice cream last summer. I whip 2-3cups of cream 30%(fat) till stiff. Then gently mix in 2-3 beaten egg yolks with a pinch of salt. Flavoured with ground vanilla or cinnamon and freeze overnight. I have a Ninja maschine that beats it till creamy or you do it like the young ladies in the video have shown.

I had the Ninja Creami in the past but I returned it. I never got the actual icecream consistency that I like. Now I own a Cuisinart 2 Quart ICE-70 and the icecream it makes is heavenly.

They made a custard, then was surprised when it was good, that’s cute.😂 Also most ice cream recipes have you temper the eggs so there is no salmonella issue. Looks good though.
I'm still on my journey, I don't dare make this until I reach my goal. I just started keeping hard salami, pepperoni or roast beef to fold into pepper jack cheese in the fridge to stave off hunger.
After the 3rd year on strict carnivore, avoiding glucose at all costs, I started craving glucose, and wanted to make carnivore ice cream, I was lethargic and had heart palpitations, insomnia, hair loss,...then I decided to give my body what it wanted, so I started eating water melons, things changed for better real fast. The world did not come to an end. All those symptoms went away. Just sharing my experience.

Last week you asked for sauces. They hollandaise sauce. 2 egg yolks, 3 tablespoons water splash of lemon juice if you are not strict CV whisk over medium heat stirring constantly until bubbling. Remove from heat and add like 4 tablespoons of butter! You can leave the egg whites in to make a soft scrambled egg as well. I have them with bacon or ground beef.
That was way more than 2 tsp of butter!🤣. Also watch out when you put anything hot like the butter in eggs, it will curdle them! I will make this, looks good! Also I make my own vanilla extract! Vodka and vanilla pods!

That looks fantastic! You could even save those egg whites for a different recipe or toss them in a ground beef or egg scramble for extra protein!

Vanilla is a bean. Extract is derived from soaking the bean I'm burbon or water.
Usually, it's soaked in alcohol.
