Hi Sweet Friends, Today I am sharing the EASIEST way to make Homemade Ice Cream without and Ice Cream Maker. This has been perfect for the 100+ degree days we have been having here in the Texas Hill Country! And I have a special taste tester at the end! And here is how to make homemade Sweetened Condensed Milk: ruclips.net/video/Q0bWkv8RkEI/видео.html And if you want to top it with some Crunchy Homemade Granola, be sure to check out this recipe: ruclips.net/video/6mDvZTjC3PA/видео.html …And it’s Sugar Free so we can save a few calories to off-set the ice cream! LOL!! Love and God Bless, Mary

I am going to suggest we make the ice cream today together when we both wake up (it’s almost 3am). I can’t wait. Thx for making me feel like ur by my side in the kitchen. I like ur hands on illustrations and closeups.

I have jusg recently found your channel,
And I am ABSOLUTELY LOVING IT!!!
We eat ALOT of cottage cheese & ice cream,
AND I use alot of vanilla and sweetened condensed milk (especially around the holidays! ).
It can get VERY expensive, and I am SOOO EXCITED to find these videos to learn how to make them from scratch!!!
AND I ABSOLUTELY ADORE your happy, friendly demeanor and the way you make instructions SO easy to understand!!!
    Looking forward to more!!!😁😁😁💖💖💖💖

I made ice cream but without the sweetened condensed milk. 😝 You really do not need that condensed milk. All you need is the heavy whipping cream and a wee bit of vanilla extract. The REAL vanilla extract.

Gemma Stafford of Bigger Bolder Baking and The Domestic Geek have done videos on these types of ice cream and in a variety of flavors. They even did ones with vegan bases My favorite is rocky road so I add chocolate, marshmallow, and nuts. Gemma links to her favorite reusable ice cream containers. You two are so adorable together.

Mary-You and your husband are so sweet! 😘❤️ Quick question about sweeteners for the ice cream, and my apologies if this has been asked and answered: can Monk fruit granular sugar be used, making this a sugar-free, low carb ice cream? Monk fruit sweetener can usually be substituted 1:1 for traditional white sugar when cooking or baking. My guess is "yes" but would appreciate your thoughts. Many thanks for your time and videos. 😘❤️
