My wife has both a strong offense (income) and defense (frugal). We each earn well into the six figures but she chose a $60 wedding dress for our casual, low-cost beach wedding. With all the money we saved, we bought a beachfront investment property.

Sorry if you marry a person like this, you are not good with finances and you are not frugal. Part of being frugal means you don’t marry people who like to spend money, no matter their income.

Bill has always loved team sports so much, and now that he's been exercising so diligently, he really ought to consider playing old boys rugby ("old boy" is British slang for graduate of a school or college; however, in America, used specifically in conjunction with rugby, it literally means rugby for old farts like me).
Americans generally have a misconception that rugby is some psycho version of American football, because no pads are used. However, people who know rugby, and especially those who are familiar with both codes, understand that it's the lack of protective gear that contributes so much to making rugby the safer sport.

This is one of the reasons I am strongly against student loan forgiveness, just going to give free money to irresponsible people who are already earning more than the average American.
Were you against the banks being bailed out too then?? Were you against the major airline companies receiving bailout money too then?? Are you against major tax breaks that are given to major corporations too then??

Right or wrong doesn't matter, if big businesses get bailed out every year, then so should people with student loan debt. Especially when the bank bailouts are more costly. Literally none of this would be an issue, if the US didn't waste trillions in Afghanistan too btw

@@luckymts1985 hahaha that's not how things work. You realize bailing out failing companies, isn't true capitalism, right? In the US, you can't bailout one group of people, and say f you to another, how's that fair? Bankers weren't making you money, when their greed caused the 08 housing market crisis!! I don't understand people's resentment towards people borrowing money to better themselves, while allowing greedy companies to get away with anything. Getting rid of student loan debt, would instantaneously boost the economy, as people would now have more money to purchase homes, cars, travel, start families, etc; seeing as how the US is a consumerism market, would that not be better for the majority of Americans? We literally just gave billions to airline companies and they're still not operating at full capacity, Spirit airlines can't even handle flight cancellations haha! But yeah, let's say good luck to people who are crippled by student loan debt and give billions to companies that gamble and fail, sounds fair right?

I get wanting sex, companionship etc. There is no reason for her to get access to your resources without children. You will really like or even love her, she will just be waiting to upgrade you (it's just how they are wired, nothing to be angry about) unless that monkey branching behaviour is changed with having kids. I feel like for the first step in any of these types of situations is to determine whether or not you're a beta or not. Tough pill to swallow but you fucking know. Step 2 if these women even consider fucking you, take it hell yeah take it. Do it for as long as you need but never get married, and if you're willing to live that lie prenup no exceptions. She doesn't respect you, yeah she might respect your intellect or you know maybe you're funny but sexually, she doesn't respect you and that being such a base instinct you can't change that. Kick her ass in the garbage when you get that feeling in your stomach that's something ain't right usually prompted by any inconsistency. Yeah that's a pretty broad generalization but just with everything like this on the internet it's a common trend.
