    I wanted to like these gloves so much. I love the wrist support on them and they're very comfortable. Unfortunately, I feel like I'm punching with my fingers instead of my knuckles with these and it just feels weird punching with them. For some reason feels like my knuckle ends up almost on the upper part of the glove or upper curve of the knuckle padding.

    Used T3 for 3 years. The sweat wipe fabric has started to pill, as has the interior. Great glove, but upgraded to their pro boxing glove.

      @jjellen5804 Год назад

      How does it feel in comparison?

    • @Triggered-RC
      @Triggered-RC Год назад +2

      @@jjellen5804 The T3 is a great glove. Especially good for wrist support. But, the pro boxing glove feels a lot better. They are both 14 ounce, but the Pro Glove has a smaller form factor. The padding is springier allowing for snappy punches. There is more room inside the glove, the interior fabric doesn’t bunch up at the fingertips like it does in the T3, and the grip bar is thicker and wider allowing for a better fist. In short, it feels like a significant upgrade, especially the leather vs polyurethane. If I were a beginner, I’d go with the T3 though as the Pro glove doesn’t have much wrist support. You’d want to know how to throw punches without damaging your wrist before getting the Pro glove. *Just realized I used the T3 for 4 years, not 3.

      Could you share some insight T3 vs Pro boxing glove?

    • @Triggered-RC
      @Triggered-RC Год назад +1

      @@AlwaysDiamonds Quicker to put on and take off. Feel lighter though the weight is the same. Half as thick. Quicker to throw and block punches. They are quite a bit thinner, however, and I have bruised my hands on the heavy bag, though I only noticed later. Generally, they just feel faster. Also, the grip bar and finger space on the pro feel much better.

    • @Triggered-RC
      @Triggered-RC Год назад +1

      @@AlwaysDiamonds I think for a beginner, the T3 wrist support is very nice. The Pro boxing glove doesn’t have much. However, once you are adept at throwing punches correctly, the added wrist support is not needed. I have had no problems with my wrists.

    Just got the T3 Crimson LX Shin Guards in small and just tried them out tonight.
    I think thats basically the main difference between the T3s Vs Hayabusa/Kanpeki is basically that the latter are made with "full grain" leather. thats basically the main difference between the gear. But I do have a good thing to say about the shing guards so im actually going to buy the gloves to match.
    my first impression was that they are almost flat upon receiving. There is NO rigidity on the shin guard and when I saw in the mirror, I saw they are so wide its hilarious.
    When it came to actual practical use, I notice that it lacks heel protection but the foot and instep protection is AMAZING. they are wide currently so it does feel odd to break in. One thing I noticed it that it had silicon dots on the inside and it really DOES highly resist slipping. I only adjusted my shin guard once.
    but basically if they went so far to think of a ton of features to add to them, then I think they are worth the money - If you have it to spend on it. I still prefer my fairtex SP8 or 7 or 9 forget the model. the one with detachable foot gaurd, and they are like 80-110$ after taxes and shipping.

      I've had t3s for well over 4 years. The padding has work out slightly but it's not unusable. Also these gloves are stiffer than usual leather gloves but years of break in they just get more and more flexy. Which I love
      Got kanpeki recently and they feel better than the t3. Higher quality. Which makes sense per price. You do have to be open minded in the way you make your fist with all hayabusa gloves

    I’ve used the T3’s for sparring now for a little over a year. It has honestly not been my favorite glove. The material really tends to hold sweat and has built up a smell significantly, despite cleaning and airing out after each use. The glove is too bulky for my liking. I have the 16oz gloves for sparring. The response in the hands when punching is not that good either. Overall I give the glove a 6/10.

    I had older T3s that were the best hook and loop gloves I had ever owned in terms of build quality, comfort, and wrist support. After years of constant abuse I had to reitre them. When I got my second pair recently, they felt different. The material felt a little cheaper, they were significantly stiffer (even after breaking them in), and they were noticeably smaller.. I ended up giving them to my wife and I went back to Cleto Reyes..
