I swapped out the 19 inch wheel on my 2014 street glide for a 21 inch. I definitely noticed a difference at low speed maneuvering. Took a little getting used to but I love it
If the overall diameter of the rear wheel, with tire installed, didn't change substantially... Then recalibration won't be necessary. You typically counter this with a lower profile tire, via aspect ratio, on a larger wheel diameter.
Tall thanks for this video I just ordered ruckus wheels for my 2021 road glide special black and red with chrome its going to look awesome harley put a stage 2 new chrome forks led lights just waiting on wheels thanks again
Cool video ! The road test was very cool riding footage .. Ive got an anniversary FXD that has many changes recently. The last change "for now" is the wheels. Ive got a 21 x3.5 on front with 120/70-21 and the 18 x 3.5 with 150/70-18 is a couple weeks out. So, I must say your ride is sweeeeet !
I have the same size tires and same size wheels as you Tall on my 20 RGL.. 21 and 18 in the back the ride is not compromised at all. Feels really really good. Btw, this is an awesome video. Continue to ride and stay safe. God Bless.
Thats a nice bike. I changed my 17 sgs to a 21 front wheel and I lowered the front end with a progressive suspension kit to bring it back down to stock height. I'm 5'9" and didn't want the bike to sit higher. I don't feel any difference in the handling performance. While I was at it I chromed the lower legs, added polished rotors and changed the fender to a wrap around style. Looks great. Take care. Happy New years.
Lookning good, I’m are changing my Wheeling däringa this winter but are waiting for the front brake rotors to come from USA 🇺🇸. I live inte shoutern parts of Sweden.
To finish off the look of that new 21", chrome your lower forks and chrome the brake calipers (check out Willy Shiny) I did and he does excellent chrome work
Tall you’ve become a valued source of high quality performance bagger information from a riders perspective. As you seem to put in a lot of road miles, I’m curious about your thoughts on tires. I’m working on a build running 18” & 21” wheels. The rear is 200mm which I think exceeds 5.5” wide? And on the front 21” rim I’d like to run a phat tire >130 but
TT I would have put 90 degree valve stems on your new wheels. It would have made it easier checking the air pressure and filling air. I check mine all the time!!!
Tall the wheel setup looks amazing!! I recently put a 21" chrome Reinforcer front wheel on my Street Glide. I'd love your take on it do you have an email address I could send you some before and after pictures?
@traveling tall how are the chrome wheels holding up i was interested in buy a set of wheels from the after watching you video but the I seen they have a lot of bad reviews about not standing behind there product
Do you sit higher on the bike.. although your a tall guy ( no Pun intended lol) would it still be possible for a shorter guy to flat foot on the floor? Nice wheels btw.. 🍻
Looks awesome, You talked about it leaning further due to new height on the bike so, what kickstand did you go with to level it up. I did the same thing on my sgs and got a kickstand for when one goes with a 21” wheel, but it just seems to be longer and doesn’t do anything for the leaning
Hey hey 👋🏾 Slim . Late merry Xmas . now to the wheels they look 👀 good you shouldn’t have any regrets if u do then that’s on you . man i have a 23’’-18’’ on my bike i love it . turn and burn knee’s in the breeze . happy new year 🎆. Leonard from cali rackem oh keep striking 👊🏾🙏🏾☝🏽👋🏾
Not Trying To Answer Talls Question, But I See You Didn't Get A Response. I've Heard Tall Mention That He Didn't Want His Hands Positioned Above The Fairing. Me And Tall Are The Same Height However I'm Going With The 12's.
What I'm most surprised about with those wheels is the fact that you didn't do chrome legs to complement them. It's actually not a bad look at all with those stock legs. Actually provides a good contrast. Not bad at all. Tall, are those 10" Six Bend Kicker KST bars?
The only problem with those wheels is they're not on my road glide! 🤣! They gave your bike the finish look!
I swapped out the 19 inch wheel on my 2014 street glide for a 21 inch. I definitely noticed a difference at low speed maneuvering. Took a little getting used to but I love it
Tall can you please tell me what the tire size on front 21 and rear 18 please
I have a 21” front and a 18” rear on my Victory which is also black but with blue pin stripes. I’m in NC and love the riding here.
Always good to see someone working on rides keep it up
Nice wheels, Man where can I get that led lowers
Tall, your Harley is magnificent. All of your changes are perfect. Enjoy your videos, please keep em coming. Travel safely!!
What size tire for the 18 rear?
Those are some short side walls. Hope the ride isn't to harsh.
Hey tall Don't forget to recalibrate your speedometer.
If the overall diameter of the rear wheel, with tire installed, didn't change substantially... Then recalibration won't be necessary.

Spectacular look! Great choice.

Hi what tyre sizes have you got?
What's the rear tire size?
I’m glad it didn’t change the performance. My question is what did it do to ride quality? Do the bumps hit harder due to less sidewall? I’m curious.
Guess he doesn't know
@@RanGer-498 he knows and so does everyone else with big wheels and paper thin tires!!!
What a difference they make, great job 👏
I ordered mine at Daytona, should see them next week.
👍💯 Thanks for watching and commenting.
That’s a real clean and awesome set up Tall
Love the set up Tall keep those vids coming!!!
You was talking about the Foothills Pkwy. Where are you from.. I live in Jefferson county

Does any of this affect the speedo
Come down to New Braunfels TX and ride the 11mi stretch of River Rd. Very popular with riders
i found your wheel video. love the rc ruckus wheels. i don't have a harley, but if i did, i would have to look into wheels. pete
Bike looks great man keep up the great work loved the video 👍🏽👍🏽
I think you said the rear rim was 2" wider, what is the new tyre size? looks good mate.
looks awsome...my 2019 street glide special has factory rear 18 and 19 front
I love the look of the wheels. Please include info in description or links to the sellers.
Good looking set of wheels Tall. 👍
you can change only the front and the rear the same, but you need to lower the front to maintain the stock height
Congratulations on the new Wheels it makes the bike look good. I'm glad you're happy. ride out and get some ice cream.🍦🍦🍦🏍🏍🏍
Top video tiger 🐅
Just got my 1st bike 2012 street glide looking to upgrade my interfering
Lookning good, I’m are changing my Wheeling däringa this winter but are waiting for the front brake rotors to come from USA 🇺🇸. I live inte shoutern parts of Sweden.
You bike is looking great my friend
To finish off the look of that new 21", chrome your lower forks and chrome the brake calipers (check out Willy Shiny) I did and he does excellent chrome work
why did you need spacers on front fender i went to 21 on my 05 roadking fit perfect
Now you just need to get polished rotors on the front
SO HOW DID IT EFFECT THE SPEEDO? NOT THAT YOU WORRY HOW FAST YOU ARE BUSTING THEM BUGS
Just ordered 21 enforcer...what year is your bike...nice!!!!!
Tall you’ve become a valued source of high quality performance bagger information from a riders perspective.

Very nice ride

Where did you get the lights for your faring speaker pods?
Tall the wheel setup looks amazing!! I recently put a 21" chrome Reinforcer front wheel on my Street Glide. I'd love your take on it do you have an email address I could send you some before and after pictures?
@traveling tall how are the chrome wheels holding up i was interested in buy a set of wheels from the after watching you video but the I seen they have a lot of bad reviews about not standing behind there product
Great video
Is larger front and rear shocks mandatory for new wheels
Nice wheels but why wouldn't you also replace you rotors to match ?
What about tire price ,and abs light
And thanks for rc discount and many blessings for u and fam.
Cool I was thinking about this very subject Tks
Hey Tall,
Love the new tires and wheels! I want to put chrome on my sg as well! Someday!!
Do you sit higher on the bike.. although your a tall guy ( no
Pun intended lol) would it still be possible for a shorter guy to flat foot on the floor?
Nice wheels btw.. 🍻
Wonder if the added inches will allow more clearance for extended saddlebags???
Hello, I got a 21” front and I don’t like how far it leans on the Kick Stand, do they make a longer Stand? Thanks Enjoy all your videos
Nice video bro. I’m also thinking of upgrading to 21 inch wheels for my 2018 ultra limited. Thxs.
Can you just change the front wheel without issues? Can't see the rear on a bagger anyway.
What handle bars you using? Beautiful bike!
Handlebar comparison video? Would be nice to see a 10” and 12” bars video to see the side by side visual comparison.
Looks good brother. Love the bike and the channel.
Hey man, what are the mirror brackets called in your bike ? I need a set!
What those led lights called in the front bro
What tires are you running?
Question is on 18” on the rear with the lower sidewall? Is it harsher at all?
Wheels look great. Guess it wouldnt be a good idea for those of us who have short legs. 😩
Looks good and your bike sounds real good. My issue with larger wheels would be height. Sell me your stock rear wheel!
You'll probably find with the 21 the bike is more stable in corners and flows better.
Parking up takes getting used to or slow speed manoeuvres.
Nice Tall, love the new wheels! I’m jealous 😁 ride on!
Looks awesome,

What's your tire pressure front and rear
Did you have to change the shocks?
Did you have to recalibrate speedometer
Hey hey 👋🏾 Slim . Late merry Xmas . now to the wheels they look 👀 good you shouldn’t have any regrets if u do then that’s on you . man i have a 23’’-18’’ on my bike i love it . turn and burn knee’s in the breeze . happy new year 🎆. Leonard from cali rackem oh keep striking 👊🏾🙏🏾☝🏽👋🏾
So I have a question regarding ur 10" handlebars, are you comfortable with them or would you have rather gotten the 12"?
Not Trying To Answer Talls Question, But I See You Didn't Get A Response. I've Heard Tall Mention That He Didn't Want His Hands Positioned Above The Fairing. Me And Tall Are The Same Height However I'm Going With The 12's.
Still no chrome lowers?
Probably should have showed us the wieght differences of the after market wheels compared to factory wheels and also tire sizes
Were you able to re use the pulley and rotor on the rear wheel?
It’s just proper for you to change them , your a tall guy mang 😁👍🏽
Good video man!
I love your videos thank you very much
What size and brand tires are you running?
Speedometer has to be recalibrated?
Does it give you anymore top end speed
Do a after and before photo
What about high speeds?
Such a gorgeous bike brotha!
You may have already answered this, but what size tire are you running on the rear?
What brand tires are you running with your knew setup
Love the 21 on my SG. Looks good!
Nice i like it
Have you everhad a fat tire bike and how does it ride?
What is the make and name of those wheels
Any scraping on foot boards? Did you measure a a before and after ground clearance height?
What about u turns?
where is this road at
What size bars are ya running?
So we don’t need to change?
Nice rims tall I am curious how the suspension responds in the long run
What I'm most surprised about with those wheels is the fact that you didn't do chrome legs to complement them. It's actually not a bad look at all with those stock legs. Actually provides a good contrast. Not bad at all.
Tall, are those 10" Six Bend Kicker KST bars?
Very Nice 👍🏿
