    thanks mate, I made 1 tonight.... for those who wanna know... volume is 341 grams of shake and total calories is only 137 cal. with Musashi shred and burn protein powder

    You mentioned it came out 3 hours later. Did you refrigerate it? Do you have to?
    Also, can I use psyllium husk as a replacement for the xanthan gum?

      I honestly have not experimented at all with psyllium husk so I can’t help you.
