I used half banana and half strawberry and the total calories were 290 so there's literally no way you could hit 2,500 calories in a day eating these you would die 😂😂
Today It's the first time i got the good result after trying three times before and OMG!!! My stomach is going to explode 😂 I believed coach Greg, but after eating this, i realized how correct he is every time. I never felt so full, even after eating more calories than today. Again OMG! 😮 Thanks for the video. I don't know why, maybe It's my blender that is terrible (and freakin loud), but i also recommend adding more of the gum, or do this without fruits. @Tom Newsham Fitness I tried less milk in there but same issue. Does it have to be almond milk though? I've been using just low fat milk lately, and I could try using more xantham gum + more ice Maybe if I pony up and get the Ninja blender it would help!

@@tomnewshamfitness3009 can I get some advise? I took a week off from gym, went back today but felt fatigue quite quickly, quicker than normal. Also was a bit weaker than usual, do you think it's just my body getting back to the rhythm? Would appreciate it!
Of course, chances are if it's a hot day you were maybe just a little dehydrated. Make sure you drink more water, especially on a hot day. You sweat more so you'll need way more than you think! If you feel you're getting enough water then it could be any other number of reasons, such as maybe coming down with a cold or being under the weather or over tired (to give a few examples).
