    Thanks for the video. I don't know why, maybe It's my blender that is terrible (and freakin loud), but i also recommend adding more of the gum, or do this without fruits. I did this only with the protein powder, more ice and almond milk this time. It melted before, or i got something more similar to a smoothie. But it really tastes like strawberry ice cream. This gum really adds to the texture 😊

      @@tomnewshamfitness3009 can I get some advise? I took a week off from gym, went back today but felt fatigue quite quickly, quicker than normal. My carbs and everything are on point, so I don't know what could the issue be? It was also a really hot day. Could it be that? • @tomnewshamfitness3009
      @tomnewshamfitness3009  3 года назад

      Of course, chances are if it's a hot day you were maybe just a little dehydrated. Make sure you drink more water, especially on a hot day. You sweat more so you'll need way more than you think!
      If you feel you're getting enough water then it could be any other number of reasons, such as maybe coming down with a cold or being under the weather or over tired (to give a few examples).
      Usually when you come back from a week off you'll find that you're stronger than when you left because you're more well rested so it's unlikely to be the week off. Hope that helps you out!

    No need to add ice you can add water and freeze for a couple of hours. Save damaging the blender

      The ice is easy for the blender to get through. It's the frozen strawberries that are tough!

      It can take some trial and error to get right. If it's too thick add a little more of the milk

      Surely it would drive more sales to him as I'm not only promoting it but showing where people can get the ingredients for recipes from his cook book in the U.K which he doesn't actually do because he's focusing more on the North American market. Thanks for the comment.
