I just don’t get it - eat sensibly, walk more, go to the gym, burn more calories than you consume and you will feel better and maintain or lose weight. Skinny ‘anything’ IS NOT of any value whatsoever except for producers of this crap to profit from those who’ve yet to seek readily accessible guidance on weight management. Much social media is undoubtedly an effective tool for advertising junk like this but is also an irresponsible and cynical back-door approach to those currently lacking a little self-esteem and personal confidence through over-reliance on a virtual (unsustainable) Instagram world, all of which are key factors influencing a poor weight management regime. The average gym here in the UK is typically visited by those doing their best to change for the long-term through hard work - as opposed to those feeling the need to distort photos of themselves before posting garbage to their world of virtual (and almost always) valueless alliances.

I am looking to start doing meal replacement and hit a goal of 60-80grams of protein a day after surgery to lose weight after surgery. I see a lot of people saying it’s good for bulking and gaining but do anyone recommend for weight loss meal replacement? I don’t plan on adding things in just taking it with water.

In York my area, there only two places that do Amazon Flex is Morrisons York, and Morrisons Boroughbridge. The latter from my position is 16 miles drive from me. They offered me a shift for today 1 hour and 30 minutes for £26.50 😂 taking into account the drive there, then doing deliveries and driving home. My milage will be higher than the earnings.

Once you take into accounts fuel costs...constant start stop driving...top up insurance....wear and tear on the car....its below minimum wage.

I wouldn't bother to work for this company, very low pay rates, less than 7£/hr after expenses, these should disappear from the market, they take local jobs and businesses out, nobody should work for them! If you do a block of 2 hours you end doing 4 hours around, thats a part-time, paid 31£ to do delivery in center of London, from there 4 hr of running engine, calculate petrol, insurance, time, the authorities don't bother to do any checks, so people are enslaved without options, if you would all stop working for them we could create a better world, avoid also shopping from their marketplace. This is against any human rights, app working bad with location problems, you must wait or make hundreds of meters to other location so you can close the job, heavy packages, I broke my back and also my car wheel bearings with their water! 😊

Again OMG! 😮 Thanks for the video. I don't know why, maybe It's my blender that is terrible (and freakin loud), but i also recommend adding more of the gum, or do this without fruits. I did this only with the protein powder, more ice and almond milk this time. It melted before, or i got something more similar to a smoothie. But it really tastes like strawberry ice cream. This gum really adds to the texture 😊

Locally I can find 2 different versions of USN Ultralean. "Advanced Weight Loss Ultralean" in a light blue and white tub, and "Low GI Nutrition Shake Ultralean" in a dark blue and white tub. Does anyone know the difference between these two? Is one a newer version that replaced the other?

I’ll do it if I’m desperate but I don’t find it to be worth it. The $60 blocks though can take you to far routes at least it’s only a couple packages that I can get done in no time where the 90 to 120 dollar packages they expect me to do 40-50 deliveries in 4-5 hours (mind you my car is not big AT ALL). I also feel like it’s only worth it if you live near the stations/fulfillment centers. There was times where I would get to my station on time and Amazon will try to be slick and not pay me when they were no routes available. So I would blow 40 miles (20 there and 20 back) and they think it would be OK to not compensate me for it. Took several business days going back-and-forth, but they eventually paid me for the block. Also, not knowing your routes is a very big con for me. I live in Phoenix, but I live in North Phoenix, a pretty chill suburban area. But routes going to downtown Phoenix? The WORST. Every single person living in an apartment, with no convenient parking, a bunch of one way streets, and ticket happy cops. If I could pick and choose, I would never do that route EVER 😂

it think it’s a scam. i went to my local depot that’s 10 minutes from me, and they sent me 30 miles away. i was paid £51, i was really late because i have never been to the area and £20 of that went on petrol. so i made £30 for 4.5 hours. you should be able to see the route or at least the area beforehand

Yep it’s utter shit now - i started flexing in lockdown and was getting daily 3 hour. Parcels out of Droitwich for no less than £74 upwards - now you just don’t see those fees it’s more like £48 standard for countryside / no internet/ rough farm track routes - and the insurance ? I was quoted 3k - 4.5k and 8k for it! You cannot make this money back at that level so i didn’t bother - they must have lost 1000s of good drivers who gave up as not viable with the pointless insurance costs now
