    HIGH PROTEIN ICE CREAM RECIPE
    Ingredients:
2 cups Greek yogurt, strained (500g)
    1/3 cup peanut butter (85g)
    1/4 cup honey (60ml)
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    2/3 cup coconut milk (160ml)
2 oz dark chocolate, chopped (50g)
NUTRITIONAL INFO (per serving - 2 scoops):
    283 calories, fat 14g, carb 22g, protein 15g
    Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the strained Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and coconut milk. Use a mixer to blend the ingredients until smooth.
Gently fold the chopped dark chocolate into the mixture.
Cover the bowl and place it in the freezer for 45 minutes.
Remove the bowl from the freezer and stir with a rubber spatula, making sure to mix the frozen edges into the still-soft center.
Repeat this stirring process every 30-45 minutes until the ice cream reaches your desired consistency.
Serve immediately. For leftovers, let the ice cream freeze solid. Before serving again, remove from the freezer 15-20 minutes in advance to allow it to soften slightly.
Enjoy your homemade high-protein ice cream!

Nice, I use frozen banana ( slices) , strawberries, put in food processor, mix, then add a tablespoon of almond milk & tablespoon of maple syrup....mix and if needed add another tablespoon of almond milk until the consistency is creamy....it works for me.

Ty ! I love ice cream so much but because of all the sugar and being so fattening, I know I don’t need to eat it much.
This looked and sounded so amazing ,I had all the ingredients and I have a batch in the freezer already. Lol

With temperatures already over 110 degrees F here in Arizona, thanks to Sasha, we have another option for a healthy frozen dessert on hot spring/summer days. I was just in the process of making his original chocolate frozen yogurt today*, so this will be next up on the list. I'm sure it will be a great addition to our dessert rotation!
