Yes sirrr
I made the Oreo McFlurry and my wife and I loved it.
I have a Creami Deluxe and it has a top, full, and bottom function before selecting the ice cream setting. Which setting would you recommend?
It goes past half way so I would probably still run full. Although I have never used a deluxe myself.
Love these Nick! Cream King is STILL at the top. Substitution question though, for the cookie dough, I have some light butter still to use up. Can I use light butter in the same amount of the regular butter and still achieve the same texture/consistency?
Im way less worried about the raw egg compared to the raw AP flour. You should bake the flour before using it in this recipe!! The CDC also prioritizes this in their articles on cookie dough. It takes minutes to parbake the flour (unless you want to add some nuttier flavors by baking it until golden) and makes no difference to the consistency and only improves the tasty by removing the pasty dry taste that AP has.
Sorry man but I cracked hard at your pronunciation of Ghirardelli
Recipes look awesome can't wait to try!

Not to call you out, but I really love the fact that you’re posting videos while you’re healing from your hair transplant (or other restoration procedure). Looking forward to all the progress
hair transplant? Nick was afraid to go bald?
@@SkyZer0you dont have to be afraid to go bald to like it better with hair.
Id get transplants, its nbd either way

Literally bought mine this weekend because of this guy
So worth it if your an avid protein shake enjoyer
Just got one today!!!!
Need to find the right protein powder, that's the most important thing. My protein powder from Costco has a protein powder taste rather than just regular chocolate
Great recipes! Thank you!
Great recipe. Thank you
The best Ninja Creami recipes. Keep them coming.
Love your stuff dude! Waiting for the day that you put out a Sea Salt Caramel creami recipe. If that happens, I'm def getting your cookbook!
Great tip on the melted chocolate. I tried making the mint icecream before with just dark chocolate pieces and it did not work. Will try your way next time. This might be a long shot but I would love to see you take on Baskin Robbin's Jamoca Almond Fudge.
The melted chocolate with added oil to then freeze and re-add is an incredible hack. Never had been able to replicate the texture and mouth feel with large chips. Everything i always tried ended up too blended and tiny or felt like biting into a frozen rock. Game changing simple trick A+. I'm not huge on mint flavor, but i used this choc chips in a base of vanilla and cake batter ice cream with the chocolate chips for mix ins. Highly recommend this and love all your stuff.
Any thoughts on a way to make the classic perfect chocolate frosted donut that is calorie friendly? Everyone has a version out there of a donut recipe, and they're mostly all fine, but nothing that really hits that donut fix i get sometimes.
Honestly - your R&D is the reason I keep going back to your videos. Appreciate the amount of testing you do.
It's why I subbed / click your videos when I only have time for one. The GOAT , you've saved many a fitness plan dude - keep it going / props!
THANK YOU!!!!!! I needed a new sweet treat to satisfy my cravings. Appreciate you good sir!
They going to call me the Norwood Creamer soon
Can never have too many Creami recipes! I use Lorann Flavor Fountain Mint chocolate chip for mine and it’s killer.
i love how his double boiler looks like mine
Looks amazing🎉🎉 is it possable to substitute the protein powder for something?
I recommend coconut oil for the chocolate for crispy melty chips
Thank you so much for the chocolate mix-in idea! I made peanut butter chocolate chip ice cream from your better vanilla base and 20 grams of powdered peanut butter and used the chocolate mix-in from this video, came out incredible!
Dude is mad cute with his lil ice cream licks
Gear-uh-Deli😂 I love you and your videos by the way!
Gearuhdeli bros
Raw eggs aren't really the problem with cookie dough, it's the raw flour - which isn't heat treated like eggs in many cases. If you're gonna make this, I'd bake your flour first, let it cool and then add it. Alternatively you could just skip the cookie dough and go with either of the other two delicious flavours lol
Just wanted to share that I've been eating those low calorie sorbet recipes and the strawberry blew my mind. Keep up the great work dude, you're making weight loss enjoyable and sustainable for me.
Did anyone else see the like button light up (on PC) at 3:07 when he said to like the video? So cool!
Please keep making creami ice creams!
Finally, the CREAMi videos are back! 🔥
Mint chocolate chip with BSN mint chocolate protein is phenomenal too! Not as good macro-wise, but the flavor is incredible.
I just got my creami 2 weeks ago. Perfect timing

Yes. Low calorie slurpees need to be created.
I hate how you pronounce erythritol but I do love that you use it since its an amazing sugar alternative

Congrats on the hair transplant bro!! And good for you not hiding it. I got mine in turkey, no regrets!!
Thank you brother!
lol, super hardcore heatwave... genius timing on this one haha.
Cool down with a cream.
Let’s gooooo I’ve been waiting forever
I would love to see a Chicago native do a high-protein version of Portillo's Cake Shake...
Interesting enough was you making the chocolate mint ice cream at 4:20 🤣
Here we gooooo!
My current version of a mint/chocolate Creami has been 205 grams 1% milk, 220 grams of almond milk, 2 After Eight thins, 25 grams allulose, 2 grams salt, 1 gram xanthan gum, 7 grams cocoa powder (blending all that together), and 16 grams of chopped mint-flavored 70% cacao dark chocolate as a mix-in. I'll try yours next!
I have questions! I have been modifying your vanilla Creami recipe...(the egg yolk vanilla paste one) for Mint Chocolate Chip... I am intrigued by this one but I don't have Vanilla Protien powder. Will have to go purchase. Any recos on the brand?
Only problem is the products for me.
We don't really have the same products in Denmark. This looks very delicious though.
Ayoooo Nick! Yes…..it’s icee cream season and I’m about to make the cookie dough and Oreo mc flurry🍦…… I’m sure the mint tastes just as good but anything mint tastes like toothpaste to me😂
Keep the creamis coming! You’re the reason I bought one😅
putting oreos in the mint chip ice cream also slaps extremely hard
Agreed
LET'S GO!!!! BOIS THE CREAM MAN HAS RETURNED TO US !!!

Strawberry cheesecake next please!!!
I was going along with this pretty good until I found out I needed some ice cream machine
You can probably make the chocolate using magic shell. Follow the same steps once he spreads it on the tray.
Do you think this would work the same with whey isolate? thx!
Can I replace the protein powder with something else?
I already hit my protein goal at night
Thanks 😊
Love the recipes. Would also love to hear your journey with hair transplant
Thanks man! Will be posting for sure!
Would love it if you could make a recipe for Pistachio creami. I've been trying to make it work by modifying the vanilla or chocolate bases (using sugarfree pistachio pudding mix), but it doesn't come out quite right. I'm not quite as experienced with diagnosing the ice cream mix, so I'd love it if you could give it a spin!
It is definitely on my to dos
@@Exercise4CheatMeals sick! No rush and thanks for all the awesome recipes this far.
I love PESceince but am blown away by how ass their gourmet vanilla tastes.
Came here hoping I wasnt gonna be the only downer. I made the cookiedough cream when it dropped in the cookbook and the protein was the only thing I could think of that made it taste like chemical ass. Love the recipes but that one hurt my soul.
I honestly love their vanilla flavor, I use it in baked recipe. However, the casein makes ice cream recipes too thick and more like a paste than real ice cream consistency so whey only is a must.
Will it work if I skipped the protein powder?
Can you make a low calorie regular cake please. I know you made a cheese cake but I also want a regular one
Good things are coming.
transplants looking good my guy
Which one do you prefer between the 2 peppermint extract?
My girl prefers LorAnns, I prefer McCormicks, but I would pipe either one happily.
Have been creaming for a min now, that ninja creami is great. How about a Rocky Road cream? 🤔
Sounds like a plan to me. I am not a huge nut guy personally, but sounds fire.
Gira-deli 😂
What if you use mint chip flavor protein powder instead of vanilla?
This cookies and cream is probably the best one yet but has anyone figured out how to get rid of chalky consistency when reopening after freezing?
One’s an extract the other an oil. ( peppermint) they’re totally different things.
Hey Nick,
I was wondering, what caused the change from using Fairlife and Almond Milk to using 1% milk?
Hey Oha.
Taste/Mouthfeel/overall satisfaction/protein. The almond milk is for keeping calories as low as possible, not for optimal ice cream consistency/flavor.
How do you all deal with having access to all these great tasting treats? Even tho they’re lower calorie/carb it would add up fast if I have access to these treats in my fridge. I don’t think I’d lose weight, I would likely gain. Pretty much if it tastes good I’m going to have trouble maintaining a calories deficit if I have brownies pizza and chocolate mint ice cream in the fridge. Am I alone in this??
Hey if I make one but only eat half, will it still taste the same if I store it in the freezer and then use the creami again whenever I want to eat?
Yeah, but you have to make sure to use the same setting, like not just re-spin.
That being said, sometimes it will be fine to skip the creami for leftovers and just let the ice cream warm up by itself
I dont think it tastes as good in my personal experience, but I would have to revisit. I always eat the whole pint cuz im a Cream Feign
@@Exercise4CheatMeals nah bro ur being too self critical 🤣 I follow the same recipes and they're just as good
How come you use Sorbet rather than Light Ice Cream. Just the extra rotation speed? I've found the light ice cream usually the best for any of my protein recipes so far.
This setting is what I have found to make the best, most realistic ice cream texture after a mix in setting. Light ice cream whips too much air into it and make it more like a soft serve.
I made the mint one first and used 4 grams instead of 4-12 DROPS of peppermint extract. I experienced what it was like to chew 5 gum.
My senses were simulated and nearly had an out of body experience. I still ate the whole pint but recommend READING the instructions carefully. (I will still make again but this was a good lesson in reading comprehension for me LOL.)
thank you for the recipes!! can't wait to remake and try the other 2!!
I tried making mint chocolate chip myself but i could only get it down when using mint chocolate whey protein
Raw flour is also risky to eat. It's best to sterilize it prior to consumption.
I grab life by the horns.
@@Exercise4CheatMealsJust wait till the bacterial life grabs you by the intestines :)
We all ate it as kids and are... Fine. 🤣
Have you been working on any new sorbets?
1) why peppermint instead of mint? Did you try mint extract?
2) I personally don’t mind food coloring, but have you tried something else? I’ve heard other people say to use Spirulina, Spinach, or just to omit the food coloring.
Hey! Thank you for the comment and feedback.
Check the back of any mint chip ice cream. Peppermint is what is always used! I didn’t know that until i did the research for my first mint chip cream a few years ago.
2. You can definitely feel free to use other ingredients to copy the green color or just completely keep it out for ease.
my goat
So you think I could make the cookie dough pint without brown erytrhitol? I cant seem to find it in my country
Brown sugar is just regular sugar with a tiny bit of molasses added. Perhaps a few grams of added molasses (maybe mixed in with the milk) would give that proper cookie dough flavor.
Oh no the seed oils. I'm gonna pray for you.
Are we sure it’s pronounced urethra-tall? 😂
I tried to tell him like 2 years ago. I think he's just trolling us. Kinda like how he says Ghirardelli. 😂
Is this base vanilla recipe using protein powder that much different than your previous vanilla recipes that don't use any protein powder?
It depends, I have 3 different bases that are very different.
@@Exercise4CheatMealswhich one is your favorite?
When I made the Oreo McFlurry after freezing a had bubbles at the top. How to stop from happening?
Idk why I thought this wouldn’t use the creami
What does xanthan gum do in a creami? I thought it was just for binding ice?
Hey Lazer,
It thickens, stabilizes, and emulsifies the cream. It also improves mouthfeel and helps prevent melting.
How many drops of peppermint extract?
Depends on the mint extract you use. 12 for the Mc one and 4 for the other
Is it possible to make these without the Creami? The recipes look amazing but $200 for a big appliance that only makes ice cream is a hard pill to swallow for me.
You can find em for 120 to 150 right now.
@@MindyTunnellthat, and now, 2 years later I'm glad I've had it. Sooner rather than later!
Look, I understand your hesitance on buying it. I did too. But I bought it like when it first came out and didn't use it for a few months then I found a lot of creators that made ice cream using the Ninja Creami, and it's definitely worth the money.
I got mine for $60 used
What’s the macros on this ice cream?
Watch the video. It's there.
All these recipes seem to overfill the pint containers past the fill line. Has that caused problems for anyones cremi?
Darnit I was hoping this wasn't creami-related, that thing takes up so much space 😭😭 One day...
gear-ah-deli :)
I love this but I would love it if you put how much calories it is for each of these...
Edit: Didn't realize you had to wait till the end of the video to find out for all of them
How come you use Erythritol? :)
In my opinion it has the best taste and mixes the best into every recipe I use it in.
has anybody tested if this works with yogurt as well that would be way healthier if u can pull it off
For the cookie dough one, wasnt there raw flour in the dough??
Hey nick I found LorAnn Chocolate & Mint Aroma - have you considered it? It is aroma not extract I think but I think yours plain Mint one was also aroma right?
Did you decide on mint only flavour or didn't realise there was an option of closer in flavour extract (I am talking Chocolate mint flavour ice cream)
BTW! You love making those cinnamon crunch, fruitty pebbles etc. flavours - I saw in some other channel videos an idea that I didnt test YET but it is promising and seems genius - saking real cereal in milk you are going to use for icecream for 6h - it probably will add some calories But will add flavour 100% - you can just taste milk that had cereal in it for 6h this seem obious move I think. Are you going to try it? I think this might get yours recipe on level 4! (levels like in vanilla ice cream video)
❤❤❤ my herroooo
How many calories are in each pint of ice cream
why sorbet function and not any of the ice cream functions?
The cookie dough ice cream says 2% milk - is that correct?
How many grams is 12 drips of mccormick?
Curious why you mixed the mint chip on sorbet? TIA!
This setting is what I have found to make the best, most realistic ice cream texture after a mix in setting.
@@Exercise4CheatMeals so you do the sorbet first then the mix in? But not in all your ice creams though? Just trying to figure it all out. Thank you!
