If you want to do the burrito as prep: Cook all the ingredients and make sure to cook the eggs all the way through Roll all your burritos Let cool fully (maybe in parchment paper, haven’t tried that) Place on a sheet pan in the freezer to freeze through Then remove and bag, removing extra air and return it to freezer Reheat time will vary by thickness and microwave, but I usually reheat frozen food by doing 1 minute ones 50% power until it’s thawed all the way through, then 1 minute bursts at full or 70% power until hot enough.

Love it... but as always, I am just blown away you don't bulk it up with veggies a lot more. For example, in the eggs mix in onions and peppers cooked up soft and scrambled with the eggs. Volumize that food! It isn't like onions and peppers are adding much in the way of calories, it is more food to help you feel full, more fiber, and it tasks great with a breakfast burrito. Volume eating for the win.
@@NoFairiesAllowed The trick I have found is to buy bags of the frozen pre-cut onions and peppers. Put them in a pan with just a tiny amount of water (not quite enough to cover the bottom) and cover. Bring to a boil, uncover and stir occasionally and boil off the water (remaining and what the veggies release). You can cook up a container of these so you just have it ready to go and throw in with the eggs when scrambling and it comes out awesome (I do the same thing with turkey sausage in my eggs).
I buy the frozen peppers and onions and use the calorie free olive oil spray. That stuff let's you "fry" stuff without using oil. Also butter spray is amazing and calorie free. I spray it on corn, toast, etc.@@seanmahoney2671

I’d like to share that I met all my goals for fat loss with your help and other youtubers of this underrated section of youtube (Rahul Kamat, Remington James, etc) I started bulking and I have made some modifications to the recipes to add more calories, but the only one that I have maintained as it is is the $1 pizza meal prep. I always make like 10 doughs in advance.

Secondly, you’re only able to make quick & easy meals because of the countless hours you’ve spent in the kitchen streamlining your process, ingredient selection & meal planning. I’m thankful you’re sharing what you’ve learned - but - someone with little experience will have to go through a similar learning curve before cooking is quick & easy.
Those are egg whites with added color and flavor to mimic whole mixed egg. They don't exactly do the trick for me since that egg white texture is still there. But What I have been doing is adding 6 grams of unflavored whey protein per serving and it helps to give it a whole egg texture with extra protein.
Pro-tip: take the pepperoni, sandwich them between two pieces of paper towel, place them down between two dinner plates, then run it in the microwave for about 40-60 seconds. You'll cut the fat in half.

German here: I have searched long and wide for such low kcal wraps but in germany the best I could find still had like 300kcal/100g... this wrap only has 140kcal/100g. I don't know either the US-calculation deviates from the german calorie calculations or germany just has no low calorie wraps...

that burrito could be done quicker tbh, it depends how you like your eggs. but that egg seemed really dry like it was overcooked. the cheese will help with that, but you can literally cook that in under 3 mins, so your prep is even faster. especially as you are chucking it in the microwave also whilst wrapped

That's because I got hit by the hunger increase that happens after weight loss. I read it lasts a whole year. Part of me not eating less is also that I got 2 surprise bills so I have to eat what I have and can't buy potatoes which is my #1 low kcal food.

Insoluble fiber/soluble fiber are counted as carbs, but aren’t digested so no calories or only contribute X calories per gram.
