Hey, you inspired me to make a breakfast sandwich with this video. So I stopped half way through, when to the store, got some of the cooked bacon and keto burger buns... made an INCREDIBLE bacon egg n chee (2 actually) for 510 cal and 44g protein total! delicious!

Side note, I made a super low cal grilled cheese with the jalapeno singles and the keto bread, used light mayo instead of butter for super toasty bread. Pretty great. I often watch your videos for inspiration, and use a technique or ingredient you mention that sparks my kitchen creativity. Thanks for all the videos.
I started making burritos inspired by yours a few weeks ago - and something I started doing was including a sauce I made from lowfat greek yogurt, frank’s redhot and garlic salt. You should try it sometime 😃
Hello, I have been watching your vids for a while. My absolute favourite is the one where you simply mix in some whey protein into milk and add puffed rice (I use spelt) into it. One of the easiest protein breaksfasts ever and it fills up nicely too. I had a question about the protein ice creams. I have seen all the vids and am fiending for the creami machine, but one "gripe" I have with anabolic foods using protein powders is that it usually ends up tasting a lot like the protein powder. So for example I like to make protein pancakes and recently tried making protein cheesecake... but the cheesecake and pancake tasted the exact same. It's as if I bit into beef and tasted chicken instead. So I was wondering whether this applies to the creami ice creams you make as well? I feel like one thing I could try is make it by hand and see how that tastes before investing into the creami. I have also never bought protein ice cream from the store, way too expensive for the macros and volume you get. I know that you like to experiment tf outta foods, so I trust your opinion the most on this.
Everyones pallete is different, but my protein cheesecake tastes vastly different than my protein pancakes. I think it matters how much protein you use per volume of food. If you are putting 3 scoops in something that has bearly 2000g of other ingredients, highly doubtful you will even taste the protein. However, if you put 2 scoops into something that has 400g of other ingredients, it will likely taste at least somewhat like the flavor of the protein. That is why i always stress it is so important to have a good tasting protein powder. Vanilla that actually tastes like vanilla. Same with chocolate.

Store Protien ice creams are straight garbage. I would rather get Nicks ice cream, yes the brand Nicks which is just low calorie ice cream and then just drink a protein shake for the Protien. Nicks brand ice cream is the best low calorie ice cream.
I hear you brother. That would be more reasonable for me on a longer cut for sure, but 2-4 weeks of 1700 is cake after a nice bulking season. Hope you get to your bodyfat goals my man! Happy holidays.
With all these hacks and ultralow cal meals you still look fluffier around the midsection than many people who eat normal diets without the zero-fat/-sugar substitutes.
You must be new here. I used to be 260+ lbs and couldn't fit into any of my clothes anymore. Couldn't keep my weight down. Would lose and always go back up. Now I never worry about rebounding back up and I get a little bit leaner and more muscular every year. It's about doing something maintainable and realistic. Hope you have a great day man.

Why do you count the carbs from sweeteners like erythritol? Useless information and kinda misleading.
The nutritional label with foods containing erythritol does the same thing… look at any protein bar or the back of Swerve.
Damn 1700. I’m cutting at around 2000-2200 to get my body fat lower (sitting at 16% right now). Hoping I don’t have to go down to 1700.
