Welcome to a glimpse of Psychedelic Breathwork where will will do 3 rounds of the Belly Chest Out breath and have breath holds for 1 minute 30 seconds. Normally in a Psychedelic Breathwork session it lasts up to 1 and a half hours with 25 minutes of breathing with a pre and post meditation. Activation and integration.
Psychedelic Breathwork combines conscious connected breathing and longer breath holds. We are getting out of the thinking mind, and opening up to whatever needs to come up. This is not exactly a Psychedelic Breathwork session, but this breathing session is inspired by it. In a Psychedelic Breathwork session, breathers can experience ego death, emotional release, an open heart and much more.
A longer more intense session can open the mind to a more profound and immersive state of self-discovery, serving to bring about a greater degree of insight, stimulate new and enlightening thoughts, spark a greater awareness of oneself and one’s emotional state, and allow you to gain more clarity.
It´s recommended to lay down, with a pillow under your knees for better back support. By laying down you´re able to relax your body more and take more profound inhales, more love to bring in ;)
I am always sitting upright for video purposes. So do what feels right, but if you want to go deeper I recommend laying down.
I encourage you to, before any breath work, to get in a calm meditative state, set your intention and to make sure that you are comfortable.
Regular practice of Breathwork can bring real change to your life Including boosted immune system, lowered stress and inflammation, better focus, more energy and the list goes on. My guiding voice mixed with the rhythmic music really helps to go deeper into a state of relaxation and bliss. So if you want the full experience, wear headphones and be in a quiet comfortable place !

    This is wonderful!
It has replaced a similar video as part 3 of my Morning Routine.
The main difference, besides the very nice delivery by you,
is the Inhale, hold and squeeze at the end of each round of 33 Breaths.
    It is very effective.
I've done this for several days now and after I finish my entire routine
and move on to the Piano...
    things are noticeably different.
    Thank You, Michael

I couldn't hold my breath for this long, but while I was doing this breath work, this was a moment that just felt so fucking intense!!! I cannot describe it but it was like I could feel my energetic field or something. I just felt the strong energy around me, and I felt so high. I forgot about everything for that moment, and it felt strongly connected to some energy source. It was a super intense experience! So much gratitude, Sandy!

I could feel the energy through my whole body while having this "funny" sensation in my skin and my mind and heart were "exploding" light like if I was expanding and sharing it to the Universe. That was surreal! 😍💥💕 I want to do it always! THANK YOU!

It's also a shorter version which helps with a busy life so more easily doable for me. I am out of practice so the first round I have to breath in early but I just restart my breaths so round 2 is more like 45 breaths for me atm, but loving it 2 days in. thank you. peace

Many times during a mediation or some form of breath work yields such a prominent transportation properties to different realms of the mind (Universe). Today on April 2, 2024, I entered the dragon. I saw fire energy, and I could only envision myself as a super Saiyan. I most definitely feel unstoppable and all powerful to infinity. How fun this one was. 2nd time applying this one at 530am before my 6am shift in an aluminum smeltering plant!

    Hi sandy
I've been doing breathe work for 4 years now and you have the best video guidance I found, thank you. In the future and just a suggestion it would be really amazing to see you do a long DMT breathe work session with classic Indian (from India) background music, I follow sadaguru and he said the Classical instruments the musicians used will make vibrations in us that do wonders for us, I think it would make the long breathe holds even better. Just a suggestion and hope to hear you add that some day.

    • @Oshinaba
      @Oshinaba 8 месяцев назад

Not only does Sandy do the editing for his videos, he also produces and creates all of the music in the videos. He is super talented but I know your suggestion comes from a sincere place. I absolutely love his music in all of his videos! However, asking a RUclipsr to custom tailor something to me and my preference would be a bit of a stretch... Happy breathing! 🫁 🍃 🌬️

Hey Sandy, hope you're well brother. I have a question. Just had a quick DMT release after round one and what I always conclude is that everything is perfectly as is, shoots you back into the present moment, cuts all energetic unbalances, and foremost, really feels like a proper detox, can you confirm you feel the same? In detox I mean probably all the chemicals we consume that keep us low-vibration and stuck in old patterns. Probably from the chloride in water, toxic air in many parts, etc. Was wondering what you think. Thank you!

I did this after smoking cannabis and I think I had a seizure. Let me explain. I was on the second round and as per usual I felt my whole body go numb and I felt a disconnection from reality but then I lost consciousness and all I remember was waking up to a figure telling me stuff as I mumbled some nonsensical phrase over and over again to the figure like if I was explaining myself to it and it was talking back to me and then I came to and I was lying on my back on my bed (I had started out sitting) and was like convulsing and repeating random utterances to my fiddle leaf fig plant. That was the figure that I was talking to and what I thought was speaking back to me. And the voice that I thought was coming from the plant was just the phrases Sandy was repeating.

Still, I plan to try it again - I only managed one full 1min30sec breath hold and had to take a breath after ~1min10sec for the other holds. Also, I did this shortly after exercising so I'm sure I was burning oxygen like crazy 😂

Hey Maria. First off, you’re doing great. Enjoy the process. It’s a practice, so yes you will improve little by little. Just do your best to become aware of your bodies sensations during the breath holds, like your heart beat, or the temperature you feel, little tricks to help us relax and get out of the mind.
So yes, take it very slowly. And remember to smile :)

Sandy, can you please comment on when do you release the locks? Is it after the inhale holding, or do you keep the locks throughout the exhale retention 1.5 minute duration too? And do you also have your heel under your perineum? Thanks!

Can i ask you? I keep seeing and hearing people talk about how they have psychadelic experiences through breathwork same as with psychadelic drugs, but for some reason, it doesn't work for me. I tried various types of breathwork with different guides hoping i would be able to get in closer touch with my subconscioussness, gain insight and understanding and stimulate creative thoughts but it doesn't seem to start any experience, it just makes me very deeply relaxed. Also, is this state of deep relaxation getting us into Delta waves (deep meditation) or is this different?

When you breathe in, fill your belly then chest in one breath release and repeat. Squeeze paraneim, then abdomen then chest and neck .. also make sure you're on a fast or empty stomach. You may have to sit on a yoga block in half lotus to straighten your spine for it to be effective.
