Welcome to this breathwork Journey. The breathing is a bit longer in today's session so be sure to get comfortable and be in a safe space. We will be doing 3 rounds of breathing for 2 Minutes 25 seconds followed by 1:30 breath retentions.
A longer more intense session can open the mind to a more profound and immersive state of self-discovery, serving to bring about a greater degree of insight, stimulate new and enlightening thoughts, spark a greater awareness of oneself and one’s emotional state, and allow you to gain more clarity. Longer sessions available on my Patreon channel if you would like to dive deeper within your own being.
Welcome to a glimpse of Psychedelic Breathwork where will will do 3 rounds of the Belly Chest Out breath and have breath holds of 1 minute 30 seconds. . Normally in a Psychedelic Breathwork session it lasts up to 1 and a half hours with 25 minutes of breathing with a pre and post meditation. Activation and integration.
Psychedelic Breathwork combines conscious connected breathing and longer breath holds. We are getting out of the thinking mind, and opening up to whatever needs to come up. This is not exactly a Psychedelic Breathwork session, but this breathing session is inspired by it. In a Psychedelic Breathwork session, breathers can experience ego death, emotional release, an open heart and much more.
A longer more intense session can open the mind to a more profound and immersive state of self-discovery, serving to bring about a greater degree of insight, stimulate new and enlightening thoughts, spark a greater awareness of oneself and one’s emotional state, and allow you to gain more clarity.
It´s recommended to lay down, with a pillow under your knees for better back support. By laying down you´re able to relax your body more and take more profound inhales, more love to bring ;)
I am always sitting upright for video purposes. So do what feels right, but if you want to go deeper I recommend laying down.
I encourage you to, before any breath work, to get in a calm meditative state, set your intention and to make sure that you are comfortable.
Regular practice of Breathwork can bring real change to your life Including boosted immune system, lowered stress and inflammation, better focus, more energy and the list goes on. My guiding voice mixed with the rhythmic music really helps to go deeper into a state of relaxation and bliss. So if you want the full experience, wear headphones and be in a quiet comfortable place !
All music, guided voice and video editing is done by me. I thoroughly enjoy creating this content for you all and hope that is can bring improvement into your life. Whether that be more self love, kindness, less stress and anxiety, lowered inflammation, more energy etc whatever it brings, remember to say thank you to yourself for taking the time do improve your life.

I am 32. At the end of this session I saw myself when I was 17 living alone in an apartment. I was scared, lonely and very depressed and life was hard for the subsequent years. I walked into that apartment and gave my 17 year old self a powerful hug and told him how proud I was of him for being so strong and pulling through everything.
Thanks for the guidance. Will start doing this regularly.
    Much love.

Dmt, lsd and psilocybin containing mushroom are amazing. I'm a veteran, was actually addicted to alcohol. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. This is something that really need to be use globally to help people with related health challenges.

I was horrifically depressed since childhood. It was relentless. I assumed it would ultimately end me somehow. About twelve years ago I randomly accepted the offer from a friend of a few doses of mushrooms. I did them two consecutive nights alone. First night was pretty mild. The second night? Wow. I saw my depression from every angle, realized much. Next day: depression totally gone. Never came back, never coming back. It's like it's a forest far away I can remember, and could probably find again with enough effort, but it has zero impact on anything in my life or mind. They honestly saved my life and improved it immensely. I never did them again, either. I wish there was a good, organized way to administer them to people who would benefit from them.

I’m 58 with five kids - one of which is a newborn that we are adopting. I spent most of my life being “successful” in career and financial terms. My first wife died from cancer 10 years ago. I remarried and discovered plant medicine. We have scaled down and on top of that, we are in a very difficult financial position right now. I found this channel in response to my search for ways to alleviate anxiety. As we go closer and closer to the point where I don’t know how we will recover, that voice of peace comes over me and tells me to surrender and be patient. It was this breathwork that brought me that message. We are all in the great game of Leela, or the game of life. Fear has no place here.

First time doing breathwork and I gotta say it was amazing, I was skeptical at first, and I probably didn’t do some of the stuff right but during the first one I was really in my head about how dumb I looked sitting how I was breathing weird, and I could barely hold my breath through the first 45 seconds, then on the second round I felt this tingling, like energy building up in my palms and spreading to my fingers and up my arms, my head and body felt warm, like I was embraced in the most amazing hug, and I started to zone out and just feel the energy flow through me, and then the breath retention was cakewalk, I was amazed at the difference from round one to two, and by round three I could’ve gone a whole extra minute. And by the time the third round hit the energy had encompassed my whole body, and I started seeing faint colors and patterns in my eyelids, then once the breathwork was done and I was just sitting there listening to the music, I was suddenly awash in a sea of stars and other vivid patterns, at one point I thought I could see someone just beyond the patterns and stars, but after about five minutes it all faded but left me with a really good positive energy inside. This was a beautiful experience, thank you.

@@ginamurillo5846 How I broke through is really insensitive breathing put your whole body into it, when you squeeze you first squeeze your root ie. Sfinkter then lower then upper abs then chest and invision hart squeeze, then squeeze throat and face and vision squeezing your brain, squeeze everything hard and hold until you break through, I practice a lot and it didn't happen my first 30 times, I had to really get into it. Breaking through is like a crazy kaleidoscope of colors, sounds change and sound alien, you get a beautiful feeling of oneness. Also be careful do it in a safe space maybe have a friend to assist you, it is a dizzying feeling so hold on, it's ok your not falling out of your body, but that's what it feels like, you leave your body.

INCREDIBLE! I started my morning with a Psilocybin shake, Qigong and then this incredible breathwork session. Towards the end of it, it was revealed that certain individuals were siphoning my energy. As soon as I had cut these chords - BOOOM, I popped into a higher dimension. It was so beautiful, and surreal. As soon as I "arrived" there, I was surrounded by several divine feminine energies. They immediately started to help me, as if they'd found a wounded soldier or something. I could hear them saying "He's a master" as they started working on me, picking up my broken pieces. #Namaste

Been struggling with my identity, struggling with my fathers diagnosis of cancer and his recent set back with chemo, worrying about if I’m going be a good dad when my wife gives birth in November and dealing with constant pain from my injuries plus so much more runs through my mind constantly. I heard about this on a podcast and then thought I would try it and I have no words. What an experience.. I felt tingling all through my hands, feet and my face felt like it was relaxing so much it was starting to droop.. Recently, I lost both of my parents in an earth shattering adjustment. They passed within seven months of each other, my dad in front of me. I woke up today with this earthquake tension within my body & spirit, I needed a release. I needed this guided video. I found it. I pictured my mothers warmth, and I’m just so glad o experienced her, and she experienced me. I cried at the end of this, something I struggle to do. Thank you, and blessings

I'm very sorry to hear about your loss, you are very strong and brave to do this intense breathwork with so much pain inside you. I can try to understand where you're at, I lost my mom too in April. She meant everything to me, I wish I had realised it sooner. This week, I've been missing her so much it's hard to imagine I can even live without her for the rest of my life. But your resilience and courage inspires me to go on, to make her proud, even if she's physically not in this realm anymore.
More power to you, just know that both your mum and dad are still alive, _through_ you!

My goodness Sandy, I am grieving the loss of my Dad and while there were tears streaming down my face at the end of this session, it was also because I felt connected with Dad’s spirit.
Towards the end of the session I was hugging him (in my mind!), thanking him and feeling the love between he and I, whilst missing him terribly.
I feel that this breathwork exercise is helping on my journey with grief, so THANK YOU!

I'm currently working at an office, I decided to take this guided meditation (not usually recommended, since we are required to be at a meditation relaxation moment, but here I am lol). This helped me so much by not feeling overwhelmed and exhausted from this office job, where I have to sit for 10 hours 😭 I feel completely relaxed 😌 And I saw a vision of my future business with my husband relating holistic medicine and spiritual guidance. Truly amazing what DMT can do, even if it's just in the brain 🧠 I can't wait till someday I try vaping DMT before I die ❤️

Thank you so much for this! I was really going down in negativity this evening - just anger and rage-reading news. I tried to meditate to Om chants, but I couldn't return to homeostasis mentally or physically. This was wonderful! I am sharing this to folks who need it! :)

As someone who has suffered with mental illness and depression the majority of my adult life. I just tried DMT for the first time, I felt as if I was in the center of the universe. It was an amazing experience really loved it

Been through this conversation before. I can’t do anything without a proper medical professional following me.

I’m 19, while trying this for the first time I definitely felt my hands tingling A LOT and I could also see a reddish pink tint over the video whenever I opened my eyes. Helped me get some really helpful thoughts too. Thank you so very much for this!
