What do YOU mean by that exactly? I've always known traditional feminism to mean liberal feminism, radical feminism and socialist/Marxist feminism all of which encourage defying social expectations of one kind/degree or another. None of them would have you be a "Cinderella type of a girl" for example.
I wasn't aware that society expects "traditional feminism" from anyone. At least not in the West, and "exploration and self happiness" is so common here that it's become detrimental to society as a whole. Selfishness is off the scales here.
Perhaps what you're saying makes sense in South Korea and or other countries. IDK. I'm just asking and commenting on my observations.

I really like that cinematic Kazuha shot where she's crawling because earlier she just ripped off her wings, and the white cloth makes new wings. I know it's kind of obvious imagery, but it's interesting how the cloth false wings are kinda holding her back, or maybe replacing what she once had. She doesn't need to be an angel to have wings. Idk I'm sure the thought process for that scene was one or maybe both of those ideas

Rn people are really divided on the song, I really was afraid because people kept saying that it was cringe from what was heard in the teaser but then I heard it and it was a first love kind of thing, which doesn't happen to me every time, I usually get hooked on the second or third time I hear the song, which isn't bad at all, many of my favorite songs I got hooked after a few listens. Now I just know to simply not listen to people because the same thing happened with fearless, the same happened with antifragile, people didn't like it in the beginning and then became really popular, everyone hooked on the "Antitititi" and the "whatchu looking at", because their songs are catchy and unapologetically fun and distinctive and that's lesserafim's concept, to be unapologetically you, the meme of "I'm cringe but I'm free", because yeah it's ok to be a little weird, great to have fun even if others are laughing at you or uselessly criticizing, and I love that because I aspire to be like that

Tbh horse got a lot of screen time, if you count individual time won’t the horse have the most of it. Besides there’s never a big difference between her and Eunchae and you all only complain about the treatment Sakura gets. I think this treatment is pretty fair, they both are only vocalists while Kazuha is a main rapper, Yunjin is a main vocalist and Chaewon is a lead vocalist

Recently when a Kpop video ended, I was saying "that's it?". That's not necessarily mean those groups are bad or something. It's just I was feeling they were holding more and they can do even better than that but this comeback... OMG! This is giving everything I want + even more. The Song and concept is soo good and I cant see any other group doing this instead of Le Sserafim so proud of this comeback!

I think I like itzy and le seraffim so much because they both share the boss girl/independent women concept. But this song for me is the perfect exemple of their differences! It reminds me in such a good way of Not Shy (one of my fave itzy song btw)! But where not shy was bubbly and bright, Unforgiven is dark and edgy.

The moment I saw that this video was 40 minutes long, I knew it was going to be a winner of a reaction.
I already love them but the references to The good, the Bad and the Ugly theme (that's the whistle and guitar) and also Unforgiven (the movie) with Clint Eastwood is next level. It really shows how multi dimensional they are! Wild wild west 🤠

When you talk about idols with massive charisma and stage presence, I think Chaewon needs to be included with the likes of Jihyo and Soyeon. Some people just have an 'it' factor that makes you pay attention to them, and I definitely think Chaewon has that.

What I love about them is their brand of strong femininity. It's not a **** men and everybody else energy, nor is it a mean girl, 'you wish you could be us' vibe. This mv is such a masterpiece. We might be used to hype being extra but this is a whole new level. The whole package really is a perfect next project following antifragile and such a testiment to their growth as idols and as a group and Kkuras rap in the second verse is killing me every damn time. And the way Nile Rodgers adds to this song is insane!

As expected, a 12/10 rate and review from PD!!! I can't wait for you to listen to the studio album as soon as possible because they also released their old songs since FEARLESS era (with 2023 version of The World Is My Oyster, FEARLESS, and Blue Flame) to ANTIFRAGILE (as well as The Hydra and Impurities), then finally welcoming their new era with Burn the Bridge intro (the song they used in album trailer) and six other new songs including UNFORGIVEN. They did it with a purpose to explain throughout the album about their lore; their process to completely be fallen angels hence the "it's the beginning of new era, unforgiven" lyrics. Listening to all tracks from beginning until the end, from the first intro song to Fire in the belly, gives you a MUSICAL feeling that makes you feel like listening a whole story about them as LE SSERAFIM. I can assure PD will enjoy the listening party with a lot of feelings and emotions!!! Thank you for always reacting in a healing way, and take time as much as you need to have a hiatus. 🍀
Fun facts: the dogs with Sakura are Borzoi, a Russian sighthound. They're actually supporting the theme for this song!! Borzoi are bred to hunt wolves and are known to be catlike, regal, stubborn and loyal. I think their breed characteristics reinforce the message of the song as the girls are "on the hunt", becoming predators in a way towards the viscous standards and judgemental attitudes of others, who hound them and gang up on them like wolves. The girls also want to embody being stubborn and loyal to themselves. As a sighthound owner and kpop fan that's really digging Le Sserafim, I thought it was really neat that the breed fit with the message of the song.
