I was doing magic as a hobby in my life. I just approached someone and do that dramatic demonstration and they get that wtf reaction. I even used this when I meet clients for my video production business but two differences things. You showed me today how can I utilize what I have done for my years as a hobby to my business strategically. Thank u sifu. ❤️

And when they get that WTF moment ? THEY ARE IMPRESSED and then they are gone. WTF does that do to promote you to the world. Making a big noise only works you've got to make a big noise and create a WTF that hits everyone. All these analogies he explains doesn't apply to every profession and business.

This makes a lot of sense. You don't want to fool people with words or a show. If you know your prospect, then you already know what they're going through every day. Show them what you think they need. Or better yet, ask them then show it. Sprinkle it with some good "social proof" for taste!

Also true. I was buying a suitcase and was tentative... the sales assistant picked up the one I was keen on, I didn’t take her talk of its quality seriously... so she raised it above her head, slammed it on the floor, and stood on it. She closed her sale then and there (after I insisted on a case that she hadn’t used for display).

Sales 101...and the question shouldn't be asked to the client/customer; it should be a question you ask yourself. If your client/customer doesn't know you have their back, you're their advocate, and you have their best interest at heart, your chances of closing are slim. Trust is built subtly, throughout the process, by your actions

Hi Dan.I believe the most powerful statement of this video or a similar one that I watched of yours was how you have to see if it fits into the customer’s lifestyle. You told us of a situation where you went into an expensive suit store and sales person asked you to try something on and he styled the clothes so well for you made an impulse buy on a suit that cost in the thousands. But it’s all about how the product makes the customer feel.If they have the money they will buy it assuming you back the product up with warranties, how your product/manufacturer differentiates from the competition, then you close with how this is a limited time offer during the road show which it is for us.I close high end massage chairs at road shows all across the USA so I use this all the time and if they have the money they buy right away.Just want to hear how I can be apart of your high ticket closer program.

Tony's one dramatic demonstration at unleash the power within is without a doubt the fire walk. He spends about 30 minutes working a packed house up into a frenzy so that when they go out the door and stand in front of that pit they feel unstoppable! It is very powerful and to this day one of the most impactful accomplishments I have ever done!

  • @kirtpearce1

Would love to see these techniques actuality work, it just seems too good to be true. We all make a living talking to customers, why don't these gifted sales people actually demonstrate this? I've watched these videos for a while now. I just want people to realise these tequniques don't matter. If you actually connect with you're customers and care for their needs they'll love you. Forget the sales training and just try and make a friend. They will come back to you time and time again, and that trust means a lot to them too.
Sell, follow up, be interested & repeat. Always make sure your client is happy and always stay in touch, that gives them a reason to come back to you.

Brother, this shit is very timely. I just put together a package for my free lance services and I was looking at myself in my studio camera, thinking to myself whether an ex-con, tattooed, long-haired dude with my appearance should put himself out there. Then I looked around at the beautiful studio I built myself, at all the gear I bought and learned to use. I can build beautiful furniture, repair vehicles, build a house, but I could never pursue my creative side when it came to speaking to people. Fuck it, I figured out how to live stream a video podcast by myself, and that this shit was like dunking on a third grader. I beat myself up about who I am and where I’ve been, but I’ve learned to use that as a way to get beyond it. People appreciate the power of honesty. One of my hands says, “Trust in me.” My knuckles say “LESS TALK MORE WALK.” I do not sell a thing. I just want 15 seconds of somebody’s day. People always ask if I try to cover up who I am, but why would I do that? Every part of me is worn on my skin, in my step, and the way I speak and treat people. Bad ass video, better message, and you have a new subscriber.

    Hey, dan
Can I ask you a question?
How much time do you take to tidy up your place? I notice most persons use too much of their time cleaning their floors with old methods of sweeping. There are some persons, however that uses vacuums. That saves them so much time by just absorbing all the dirt and dust in one go. Do you have a vacuum? If not, have you ever considered? Now let’s assume and say you do, I know the question you want to ask is, “what’s so special about your vacuum you are selling?” Well dan, these are the newer models on the market that are hyper power in tidying up your floors and much more easy to handle. For something that cost as little as say $5, you’re average vacuum cost let’s say $1.75. But what about the features where you want to carry it around with ease, especially if you have to go upstairs? It’s lightweight and easy to maneuver. It uses less energy by 20% then most vacuums that burns a lot of energy on your power bill. And due to its turbo suction, it does double the work when vacuuming your floor, you can even break it down to getting into right spaces and crease with its mini feature. Last question, when you buy your vacuum, what’s the maintenance cost you spend to keep it maintain? The lifespan of this vacuum out lasts average vacuums from 3 years to 7 years and warranty up to 3 years guaranteed.
Try it out if you’re not convinced.
Would this be more convenient for you?

You create a need. You ask them something like, “Does it annoy you when you see filth on the floor?”. Now this question also serves two purposes: 1. It tells gives you information on the customer, and what he or she likes, doesn’t like and if they’re interested in the vacuum cleaner, and 2. You also see what type of person you’re dealing with by the way they interpret the question. From there, based off of your analysis, you’ll choose questions to ask from an already existing question’s bank you’ve made
