    Join my channel to get access to perks!:
    ruclips.net/channel/UCzelFwDFy5eok8e_Gc6gZ6wjoin
    Tier 1 - $1.99: With this tier, you get access to my trademark loyalty badge and my cool emotes (which you can also use on Discord & Twitch!). It's also just a way to support me without any of the teambuilding/fixing perks!
    Tier 2 - $4.99: With this tier, you get everything from tier 1, as well as the option to ask for "TeamFixing." Here, you can submit a team to me via message/DM on discord, and I can fix the EV spreads or recommend Pokemon for what's optimal for the format at the moment. You can also receive a member-only video where I fully explain how I fix the team, but if you'd like to just do this part via discord call, this is fine.
    Tier 3 -$9.99: Here we can BUILD a team from scratch rather than simply fix a squad. This can be done via discord call, as well as a dedicated member-only video for it.
    Tier 4 - $14.99: With this, you're able to send pokemon showdown battle replays to me via discord. Here, we help look and analyze your games and offer advice and suggestions to improve understanding of battle mechanics and thought process turn by turn.

    • @CloverBells
      @CloverBells  3 месяца назад

      I picked a pokemon I needed to survive against. So I went into the damage calculator and invested enough EVs so that the max damage I would take would be 99% from the Blood Moon - guaranteeing I survive.

    So I have a question on how you would handle eving a mon in a vacuum.
    Were going to assume your using rilla for terrain and you also have gambit that you plan on setting up with swords dance.
    You can give the gambit a spread like: 132 hp, 196+ atk, 4 def, 172 sp def, 4 speed (i know its not perfect as far as speed goes, but bear with me)
    Or you can have a spread like: 252 hp, 196+ atk, 4 def, 52 sp def, 4 speed.
    In your opinion is going for the optimal grassy terrain recovery worth losing the generalized bulk that you get with full hp investment. Especially since full hp puts you at an odd # for maus superfang.
    Again I get the speed stat I used in my example isn't a good one, but thats beside the point.
    Put another way: do you value terrain recovery and boosting your lower defense stat up more or less then general bulk that lets you lean really heavily into one type of defensive profile?
    If thats beyond the scope of a youtube question I understand. Just wanted your thoughts

    • @CloverBells
      @CloverBells  4 месяца назад +1

      In this you can just do the 252 hp 196 att - I've used that before. Spdef is very good and you can live the blood moon EP with AV so there's still value in the first spread. You have to have a reason for the spread you choose. No right or wrong answer just depends on what the player values more

    What's the merit in running timid pelipper when it's still so slow?
    My personal preference is a bulky set with tera ground and covert cloak, and only enough speed to outrun TF in tailwind, though you're often forced to tera vs arch mirrors

    • @CloverBells
      @CloverBells  4 месяца назад

      The same as any pokemon with a sash vs. without it. You can do that, sure! The mirrors are important and a sash is also key in taking that one big hit and still surviving. The tailwind will let you outspeed everything needed and more.
      If you look at the data from the recent 450+ person tour, the focus sash was used on 89% of total pelippers - the most common item! And it makes sense.

    Is there a reason people tera water their sinistcha when poison seems the better choice, its a poison immunity as well makes its only weakness ground and psychic which are its direct type advantages. Those types aren’t even that common being the plethora of ghost/dark and water types present.

    • @CloverBells
      @CloverBells  4 месяца назад

      The fire weakness is the main one. And water resists the gholdengo make it rain and you can neutralize the dark, ghost and flying weakness. It's always a popular defensive typing overall.

    • @AstroEphemeris
      @AstroEphemeris 4 месяца назад

      @@CloverBells all of those are the same for Tera Poison tho….poison is not weak to fire and also neutralizes its weakness of dark, ghost and flying. And gholdengo is not strong against poison as it doesn’t run ground or psychic moves. It runs steel and ghost. So im not sure what difference you are trying to reference.

    • @CloverBells
