Anda ya 6-8 tablespoon salan( no daal alooo) 1 pao dahi ya 1 glass warm milk Tea ( doodh ki jaga, doodh patinbna k peelain phir dahi doodh nae peena) 2) 3 tablespoon oats rat ko doodh m bhigodain subah aik muthi nuts + honey 1 tsp +, keela ya saib ya 2-3 khojoor ki smoothie. Tea optional 3) jau ya jae ka dalis 3-4 tbp pani m paka k 1 cup doodh+ 1tsp honey+ 1 muthi nuts 4) bran cereal + doodh 1 cup+ nuts Iftar: 2-3 kajoor+ pani/ neebo pani without sugar ya stevia k sath+ aik cup fruit without mirch maslay. Khana adhi roti+ grilled chicken+ bbq/ tikka 200gm Namaz k bad Tea . Avoid pakory. Nae hota to 2-3 bengan/ palak/ ppyaz k chapty hur patly say
