Dr. Berg suggests not to take fruits in Intermittent Fasting. Especially when the goal is to lose extreme weight. And it makes sense. It does raise insulin.

@ZooLee-q4w I did start the diet but unfortunately could only continue for 5 days but it does work a hundred percent i lost about 2 kgs in only 3 to 4 days so I would say this diet works all the best if you are going to start 👍🏻

Just avoid carbs. Have desi ghee in your diet. Proper meals including chicken wraps, shami kebab or omelette. With iced water.
