    Half hour walk before fast break

    Dr. Berg suggests not to take fruits in Intermittent Fasting. Especially when the goal is to lose extreme weight. And it makes sense. It does raise insulin.

      @ZooLee-q4w I did start the diet but unfortunately could only continue for 5 days but it does work a hundred percent i lost about 2 kgs in only 3 to 4 days so I would say this diet works all the best if you are going to start 👍🏻

    I lost 11 kg in a month by following similar kind of diet plan but my fasting is 21-3.
    Almost less than 10% carbs.
    Sugar zero
    3 cheat meals in a month.
    Reduced my waist by 2 inches.

      I started on January 5th and have lost nearly 5 kgs. My initial weight was 100.6 kg, and I'm currently at 95.6 kg. I practice 16-hour intermittent fasting, engage in a daily 1-hour gym routine, and exclude white rice and roti from my diet. I prioritize eating protein and veggies.

    I'm gonna try this inshaÁllah let`s see. I do not claim to lose 10 kgs but I can hope for 5 kgs... Not to expect to much... But I heard alot about intermittent fasting. Ab es diet say try kar k dekhte hain :)

      Intermitten fasting sy Mera 4 sy 5 kg weight loose huwa hai ...only window k according khati Hoon but khati peeti sbkuch rhi...mein 11 bjy suba breakfast krti Hoon aur 7 bjy tk dinner finish kr lyti Hoon...no Neem garam water nothing else but weight loose ho rha hai mzeed

      @@Justthisway20 breakfast mein sometime 1 roti ya paratha with half fried egg and ghar ka bna huwa salan....lunch mein ek din roti aur ek din rice with any salan..rat mein bhi ek din roti ek din rice with any salan...main chicken boht shok sy khati hoon..aur tea km peeti hoon...just dinner time py krti rhi 7 bjy sy pehly tau iss liye weight loose huwa...baki ab 2 months jam k dieting krni hai Eid pr acha lgny k liye...intermitten fasting meri tau khud ee ho gyi kiyo k winters mein late uthti Rahi tau breakfast 10 ya 11 bjy krti rhi issi trha rat ka Khana time sy liya aur burger pizzas nhi khaye

    Or jb norml diet py ao to doubl weight gain hota..mainy 88 sy 58 kia hr chez khai pizaa etc sb khaya or raj raj k khaya..ab baby k bad phr gain hua hai but 76.50 tak ab 4 din huay rice diet start kia hai aj check kia to 75.4 tha

    My goal is to reduce 40 kg in 6Months. But I will start looking good with 20kg off. I will walk 10,000 steps 4 days a week. Thrice weight training in gym and follow diet plan with no sure or 01 teaspoon sweet in Tea for a day.

      Lost 10KGs with intermittent fasting in 18 days. Two meals a day. 12/1pm first meal. 7/8pm second meal.

      Just avoid carbs. Have desi ghee in your diet. Proper meals including chicken wraps, shami kebab or omelette. With iced water.

      Today diet was
      Breakfast 2 Multigrain bread slice with Boiled Ghayya at 8:00
      ajwain tea at 11:00
      01 plate salad small at 2:00pm
      02 slice multigrain with boiled ghyya at 8:30pm
      03 almonds at 11:00pm
      and I am super hungry
