Instead of sana tea guys u can use isbagol it's super effective I do use everynight before u go to ur bed khany khany k takriban 4 ganty bad ap aik glass pani ma 1 khany ka chamach isbagol or us k sath aik chai ka chamach raw apple cider vinegar mix kar k 2 minute bad p len es se ap ka pait saaf rahy ga ap ka digestive system clean rahy ga in sha Allah

I have done intermittent few months back and it really does wonders! i was loosing 1 kg every week therefore it was motivating also. So i did 2 months nd lost 8-9 kgs which is A LOTT
and btw saturday sundays i didn’t fast, maybe i could loose easily more

I have seen sooo many videos before on intermittent and tub jaker I started fasting and it worked really well. chai b mug ki jaga chote cup mei peti thi and sugar in take almost 1% o gaya tha sirf chai k lyeh.
