    (2:00pm) Breakfast:
    Half roti+ 1 egg/ half cup curry + 1 cup yogurt + tea
    (5-6pm) green tea/black coffee/lemon water
    (8pm) Dinner
    salad + 1 fruit (100g) + half roti+ chicken/mutton curry without bone or
    20 teaspoon rice or
    chana chat/lobia chaat
    Sena maki tea for constipation or ispaghol 2tsp in 2 glass water
    In Fasting window:
    Black coffee + green tea + black tea
    2 white boiled egg
    3-4 dates/ 3-4 cubes dark chocolate 70%
    Water 10-12 glass

    18/6 window
    🔴 Early Morning:-1/4 teaspoon sonf raat ko bego ky rakh dein!
    🔴 11:00:- Half roti Multigrain + 1 egg omlate + 1 cup yogurt raita
    After 30 minute khewa
    🔴2:00:- Lemon water
    🔴 5:00:- 100 g fruit+2 kabba +chanasalad OR 20 spoon rice baki same as 1st option 🔴6:00:- Sana tea
    🔴 Black coffee lein din mein
    Walk zarror karain
    Water zayda lein

    It's gonna be 3 months in few days.And I am so happy to share my experience.i have lost 19 kg.i am just a college student.Thank you so much doctor❤️❤️.self confidence ka level bohat zyada hu gaya.isse follow karna itna mushkil nai tha.shuru Shuru mein thodhi kamzore feel hwe lekin Baad mein body used to hu gaye.mein saath 30 min walk bhi Karti hoon.mera weight 84 tha aur abhi 65 hu gaya ha.i am still on diet.

    I have started 18:6 window since saw your video i have lost one kg in just week. I am mother of one year old baby. She is on breastfeeding. My weight was 55.1kg. Now it is 53.9 kg. I have bf at 10 and my lunch plus dinner is at 4. I go for walk and every day i do 30 minutes exercise.

    Main 18 to 6 kr rahi hun plus zumba yoga and other ex.. pre breakfast balck coffee with lemon aftr 1 hour 2 kajor and i breakfast egg omelet woth lot of veggies and 1 small roti aftr 1 hour take green tea at 6 i take small portion of salad with mix seeds and 1 cup of lemon grass and dinner some time chicken wrap chicken salad dal palak aftr dinner 1 cup of green tea and bedtime 1 cup herbal tea.. m i on right way aur not? I m a lactating monther too

    I followed yr intermediate fasting diet plan 8:16 and i reduce 8 kg in 1 mnth with morning walk half hour an now i am following ur this diet plan from 24 August...lets see nxt mnth what result i will take from this diet plan...

      Drink one cup warm water before breakfast (empty stomach) . Drink warm milk with ispaghol before sleeping. Add ispaghol in milk and let it stay in milk for 4 to 5 minutes then drink

    Please share the diet plan for those whose weight is bounced back about 10 kgs. I tried hard but couldn't lose weight. At first, I lost 17 kgs weight but 10kg weight is bounced back.

    Instead of sana tea guys u can use isbagol it's super effective I do use everynight before u go to ur bed khany khany k takriban 4 ganty bad ap aik glass pani ma 1 khany ka chamach isbagol or us k sath aik chai ka chamach raw apple cider vinegar mix kar k 2 minute bad p len es se ap ka pait saaf rahy ga ap ka digestive system clean rahy ga in sha Allah

    I have done intermittent few months back and it really does wonders! i was loosing 1 kg every week therefore it was motivating also. So i did 2 months nd lost 8-9 kgs which is A LOTT

      @@rabiaafzal7329 sirf khana wagara ni khana hota but liquid like water green tea to ly sakte hein. mujhe jub b bhook lagti thie tou mei to pani p lyti thi ossy bht hosla ho jata and bhook iti feel ni hoti thie. I have seen sooo many videos before on intermittent and tub jaker I started fasting and it worked really well. chai b mug ki jaga chote cup mei peti thi and sugar in take almost 1% o gaya tha sirf chai k lyeh.
      it definitely is verrry effective.
