I love physical activity, ghar k kam tu mn krti hun but utni excursion nhi hoti jitni meri body ko weight loss k liye chaye. So mn exercise ya walk 1 hr se ziada tu ho sakti hai but kam nhi shoq se kr laiti hun. First day meray 2 thousand steps hue, 3rd day pe 4 then 5 watch nhi hai tu mobile sath sath rakhna parta hai just to make sure k steps ka target pura ho raha hai k nhi. Alhamdulilah ap ne jo btaya un mn 80% mn kr rahi hun or
