Check out the various playlists but in particular the Resistance Band Playlist for every muscle group you need 💯🏆 Do comment on each video with how you felt, how it went, etc so I can monitor your progress and reply to the comments. It's a great tracker for you and me to keep tabs 🤗✨️ I look forward to hearing how you go!

I still have 80+ pounds left to lose until goal weight and am mostly sedentary and have a desk job. Hope these videos will be a good place to start!
