Love the supersets band workout- rotating band and body weight with sets of 15. I was 100% to push this hot Saturday morning. First 5 push ups I did from full plank before dropping to my knees for last 10. I did tricep dips from house outdoor steps. No mishaps from band kickbacks. Really, if able, my stamina is best in mornings. Thanks Vanessa for this challenge. 😊❤️

I decided to revisit the supersets band workout (last time a month ago). I was feeling quite energized after we took a 1.5 mile outdoor walk this nice morning (73 degrees). Love to rotate band and bodyweight in supersets. Also. I rotated band strength (longer one with standing ones and kickbacks; stronger one with triceps). First 8 push ups I did from full plank, then went to knees for rest. I did tricep dips from my deck steps for a challenge. Stamina was great this morning. Great stretch before and after workout. Thanks Vanessa 😊❤️

Great workout I hesitated to do this since it is only 20 minutes but it is great and felt good on my Arthritic knee and feet. I am still sweating 10 minutes later.
