What do you think about the Watson version, I think you can use a parallelgrip specialty bar on that one, because Watson got a wider barholder so the bar doesn't tilt when loading
Honestly, we don't get a lot of the top brands here in Malaysia so it's difficult to just compare without actually trying them out. But I think, where neutral grip is concerned, you can use the Oppen bar with the seal row.
thx for so specific sharing
Loving these videos. Keep them coming👍
Thank you so much! Really appreciate the support.
Just subscribed, love your effort
That means a lot. Thank you.
Good information 👌🏻

Great video. Actually bought Eleiko equipment based on your videos. Can that bench be used in combination with the light squat rack for bench press?
That's good to know! Glad we could help. We wouldn't recommend using the seal row for bench press, but.... you can.
How hard would this be to store upright & take down on a continual basis?
It's pretty darn heavy. However, we don't think it's that hard to store it upright, but to move it is a bit cumbersome
GJ 👍🏻.
Id get a cambered bar
I would agree with that. But weightlifters specifically have always used a normal bar with the seal row (at least here in Malaysia).
Ha ha ye agree with its multipurposeness..
