Thanks for this video. For the black change plates, are the letters and numbers raised or indented in or are they painted on?

i rather have the color change plates because they look nicer than save a few bucks the newer version looks the best

For us, it took awhile to get used to the look of the new version. Now, we prefer the "simplicity" of the design.
