I don't have the shorty bench but am glad I watched this all the way through just for the fact that I now know digital angle gauges exist. Here I was still using a protractor smh

im going to purchase the preacher attachment for my prime fitness 1.0. i dont want to switch to shorty bench just to use a preacher pad attachment. ill use the spotters arms on my rack to hold my curl bar so hopefully it works out. The shorty bench looks awkward to sit on while doing preacher curls.
