Great video! It’s always nice when attachments from different companies can be mixed and matched.

Thank you! Yes any new companies coming into the home gym world pretty much have to work with this method or they will not be as competitive because people won't throw out everything they currently own to a whole new system.

YES! I've been looking everywhere for this video. I would love to see that rogue solo pulley video!
I think that idea with the utility bench for low rows is great if the rogue solo pulley doesn't work!
It's really great your making these types of videos because the hlp rack is literally the best functional trainer/rack out there right now and it's severely under represented. Also, its great that you are showing how other companies attachments fit in the rack because companies like rep allow you to gain loyalty points when ordering and some people are already committed to companies ecosystems like rogues.
Thanks for the great content. I will be using your athlete code when I order my prime hlp rack. Also, if you have a rogue athlete code be sure to plug that in your videos

Thanks for the encouragement! I don’t currently have a Rogue code but I for sure should be asking! I’m glad I could help

Thanks for this vid! Ended up getting Rep Fitness j cups and spotter arms and they are super snug to put on and take off.
Will be using your code (wish i had it before i bought the rack and attachments 😭)

Yeah I’ve seen reports that Reps hole spacing are not the same as industry standard! Thank you for your support!

Thanks for the Prime Fitness videos. I'm wondering if the HLP weight stack and guides are noisy in use? The single stack has had that issue.

I’ve had a number of people work out in my gym. All of them have said it’s one of the smoothest machines they’ve ever used and no one has ever commented on any noise coming from it. Mine is virtually silent.

I wonder if most of the noise from the single stack is from being placed in a corner.

Your Rogue monolifts work on it?

I forgot about those. The cable actually prevents them from being attached correctly. They fit for sure but the cable is problematic for proper function
