Love this channel. The appreciation of the equipment, the humor the details. The editing. This is just a home gym owners comfy place. Coops channel is just something you wanna leave on all day, ya know?
Coop’s Wife: that bench cost $1500? Coop: I know, it’s ridiculous. Coop’s Wife: I guess you’re sleeping on it for awhile. Coop’s conscience: “oh yeah baby, it has knurled knobs I can pull all day long”
these reviews are the crème de la crème. Coop understands the assignment. plus the editing on these videos are on point. keep it up Coop! have a nice day.
Update6 months and I'm still loving this bench. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxo_64lVTGMk7y4aXTPxPOcQ3YTLyQ6kYV I use it almost daily. I've gotten used to the small wobble and it's no problem at all. Love the storage, it folds right next to my weight set in the garage and hardly takes any space. I wish the covering material was a little bit tougher. I have a feeling that in a couple years it'll tear, but the bench is very well priced that I would just buy a new one.3 month usage review. Awesome bench for someone looking for compactness and storage. I did have to drill a couple holes to adjust my preferred seating position and leg bar position but that's only due to my personal preference. It's very sturdy for normal workouts, but for anyone going above 100# dumbbell press it wobbles ever so slightly. I would probably go with a fixed bench if that's the case. That being said i can accomplish 99% of my normal gym workout with this setup. Very happy with the purchase.
I agree with you. Multi-purpose equipment is the name of the game in garage gym equipment. This was obviously intended for a regular gym that is not space constrained.
Got mine ( custom made ) for 120€ plus shipping . Works also for flat bench but doesn’t have the bar rest . Absolutely the Best Buy ever. Made in Greece
An 11 minute review of a $1,600 product I will never ever buy dedicated to an accessory movement I didn't even know existed? Well, if it's a Garage Gym Review I'm GONNA watch it.
I somehow got signed up for Eleiko emails advertising new products about two years ago when I first started building out my garage gym. I literally just started to have those emails sent to the junk folder this morning when I got into work. Scroll to the 10:29 minute mark of the video if you want to know why. And yes, I still watched this entire video for something I don't want and would never buy.
I do not care for the overall layout, except that it is adjustable for a 10 degree or more incline. The front support is in the way for a proper pull with dumbells. A full stretch forward and then back squeezing the shoulder blades together for proper lat and rhomboid development is needed. A straight bar will not be as effective, as dumbells.
Laughed may ass off when you were talking about knurled nobs and then you shifted to talking about shafts... LOL... perfect Beavis and Butthead moment.
First time I ever saw horizontal rows was a video about Swedish XC Ski team's dryland and strength training... no surprise that Elieko has a dedicated bench...
@Blaha Sock Account #5638 powerlifters sometimes do snatch deadlift too lol... just because you can’t be good at the oly lifts doesn’t make them silly. There are many people that do them.
@Blaha Sock Account #5638 olympic weightlifting is not the same as crossfit... it’s more of a sport than powerlifting will ever be and there is no cheating in the classic lifts. These lifts train your force production, emphasized by the lifter’s explosiveness. What’s really cheating a lift is arching your back a fuck ton to move the bar two inches on a bench press. Weightlifting also has less injuries than all of the sports out there. If you don’t warm up and have shit technique, of course you get injured. Learn from the best not from the crossfit noobs
For something this expensive that's just a bench, I won't even bother watching the video for. Maybe somebody that likes window shopping stuff they'll never afford, or has deep pockets, but I don't think the average guy will seriously consider buying. If I need a flat bench to do bench rows, I'll elevate it with some blocks. If I need extra hooks or other metal thingies sticking from it, I'll have 'em wielded to it. Both options are way more cheaper and reasonable. The DIY methods worked for the golden era bodybuilders, it will work for you, too. A product like this is to show off how much money you blew.
I saw the donut plates in one of your other video's background. I am starting my own garage gym and that has to be a centerpiece. Where did you get them?
I just found out that my building's communal gym is getting all new Technogym equipment. (cardio and strength training machines). Are they considered decent quality? Thanks.
My god. Why???? Two planks of 6" wide 6' long property fitted together side to lay over spotter bars. Blocks on either end to fit in between spotter bars to hold them in place and make pad with plywood, quality dense foam and vinyl covering. Took my 4 hours to make. Totally customed to my needs. Cost £20 and will last my lifetime. I cannot believe anyone would waste their money buying from a manufacturer. When I'm done, it hangs on the wall.

Coop’s Wife: that bench cost $1500?
Coop: I know, it’s ridiculous.
Coop’s Wife: I guess you’re sleeping on it for awhile.
Coop’s conscience: “oh yeah baby, it has knurled knobs I can pull all day long”
Coop's Wife: Good thing the pool guy has visible muscles.
I never understood how an adult gets to tell another adult where to sleep.
Coop talking about sorinex or rogue: "It's big, beefy, versatile, stable..."
Coop talking about Eleiko: *sensual noises*
WHO DOESN'T LIKE KNURLED KNOB
I wish my knob was knurled I'm sure my wife feels the same
Wanna pull my knob?
The grammar made this better
COOP HATES KNURLED KNOB
Everyones knob should be thoroughly knurled.
I don’t have 1600$ in my entire setup. That’s insane.
Coop: Releases a budget-friendly video with 5 items under $100.
Also Coop: So here's a $1500+ adjustable Seal Row bench that I highly recomend.
tbf he said he didn't recommend it lol
these reviews are the crème de la crème. Coop understands the assignment. plus the editing on these videos are on point. keep it up Coop! have a nice day.
I do these rows in my power rack. I built an easy bench that anchors onto my safety bars. Very easy to make and takes 5 minutes
You know what also works? Two beer crates under your standard flat bench.
"Shut up! Shut up!" -- sports equipment companies
I used to use milk crates for a flat bench with a board. Crates are great
I use spare plates
And you get the beer with those crates!
I just stick a 30 yr old stepper under my bench...who in the hell pays for this?
The rubber caps at the end are meant to be taken of so you could bolt it to the ground. That’s why it’s a hole in the bottom!
Love the videos :)

For $1500 you can just buy the Elite FTS Leg Curl/Leg Ext Signature Combo and perform seal rows on it as well.
With the added benefit of being able to lock your legs in place.
Holy crap I didn’t know this piece of equipment existed. Wow. Thank you so damn much, I will be saving for it.
Do you own it?
But...but... it won’t say Eleiko 😂
Yes I do and it’s awesome! I have a video of it on my Instagram @fitnessfusion247
Or build out two wood boxes to size and use a flat bench.
Sees Eleiko name, *automatically knows* "can't afford it" lol
Makes rogue look affordable. 😂
Please do a gym update on anything. Wonder what the shed is looking like...
I was wondering the same
Its coming!!!

some 3x3 steel tube isnt expensive nor is a qualified welder
I don't know why watching this channel is so satisfying
Finally, been waiting for this review for a year! 🙃
Not buying the bench but now have an idea to make my own, thanks Coop da doop makin em all wanna shoop
Just make sure it’s sturdy, homemade weight stuff always sounds sketchy lol

I love that sketch life, its always thrilling when your going for gainz but some danger is involved lol
You are smoking some good stuff if you buy this.

Excellent, objective, unbiased review but definitely not worth the price tag. Thanks Coop.
love the transitions Coop.
If they can make it ideal for bench height and fat pad for benching super heavy (Around 205 lbs), I am in for this bench for my Garage Gym.

“Not for most home gym owners” This was top of my list after plates, bar, bench, rack :D

He just big timed us to start the review.
It's amazing that Coop can review home gym equipment with him being incredibly "massive" and all.
That was a good review. I'll order this in July now. Thanks.

Coop is da man.
First time I ever saw horizontal rows was a video about Swedish XC Ski team's dryland and strength training... no surprise that Elieko has a dedicated bench...
How about a review of the eleiko dual cable machine?
A Sorinex Bulldog allows chest-supported rowing. More convenient. Much less expensive. You previously reviewed the Sorinex Bulldog.
Take a look at the Elite FTS Plate Loaded Prone Leg Curl+ Leg Extension+ Seal Row. It's what I would buy.
What is it called because I was trying to look at it lol

Great channel! Not worth 1565.00. One of the best things that Eleiko makes is there galvanized squat rack, wish Rogue would make one.
Coop how hard would it be to store this upright and take down on a continual basis!!!???
thanks for posting ... great channel
I would think this dude would be bigger from all the lifting
If it could go lower and fully double up as a standard bench this would go straight on my dream home gym list.
Every gym equipment review: I'm worried about the lack of UHMW plastic here
@Xxx_sk1llSh0tzz_Zzz or just beef up the plastic anywhere the bar will be touching / resting on the equipment, seems so cheap and easy
@Xxx_sk1llSh0tzz_Zzz barbells are made for weightlifting, the knurl on the outside is standard for snatching. Racking the bar is secondary
@Blaha Sock Account #5638 powerlifters sometimes do snatch deadlift too lol... just because you can’t be good at the oly lifts doesn’t make them silly. There are many people that do them.

As a European... Screw technogym...
Nice video
You definitely need to review the Elite FTS Leg Ext/Leg Curl/Seal Row Bench. 3 movements for the space and built like a tank.
Please review the Rogue Donkey, maybe compare to Bells of Steel model or Titan?
What is the width of the bench at the head? Will the Titan seal row bench bar notch fit?
Are you gonna review the open collars?
I mean instead of getting this. I guess you could just get, I don't know. Maybe an entire Rogue rack. 🤷🏾♂️😂😂😂
Seal rows are magical
U are two points from EINSTEIN. I MADE THIS BENCH in 1961 .JOEY Vee and the four CREATIONS
Should I buy this or a 2'x12"x5' on the safety pin of a power rack?
Great Video! What about Eleiko Classic Adjustable Bench?
great reviwe thanks
That looks badass, does it give you a different pump?
They could add some foot plates to rest your feet on and then it could be useful as a flat bench
is it stable enough to set the ends at different heights
Can you use eleiko safety spotter arms & accessories on a rogue rack?
I was gonna guess $1200, and boy was I wrong. More affordable gear please. A whole rack costs less than this bench.
@8:27 What about putting the plates on the floor to rest your feet on top of so that you’re at the right height?
Nevermind. You just mentioned the plates
Looks like you can use for bech press.
What's the fattest bumper plate to get for helping to cheat with a deadlift bar?
Hi Temps?
@@bmstylee what's a hi temps?
@@FitnessNews24 High Temps are bumper plates. Probably the widest ones I know of.
@@bmstylee thanks man I'll check em out!
YO! Solid video as usual. You should check out Gymleco. It's a Swedish gym manufacturer that "specializes" in machines.
My fitness gear full adjustable bench has smooth lines too

Just curious Coop. Is your wedding band knurled? I'm guessing yes, it is. Please reply. And thanks for all the reviews.
I want one, but I'm not willing to pay for one.
(I've used one in the past, it's nice).
How many times did he mention and show rogue in this video? Did his cheque from Rogue clear ?
where do you get one? elieko
I saw the donut plates in one of your other video's background. I am starting my own garage gym and that has to be a centerpiece. Where did you get them?
They should put footplates on either side so that you have something to press your feet into and then use it as a flat bench.
Eleiko is special.
You gotta have the bended bar on the seal row... much better 💪
Coop lookin BIG
Please do a review on the new Ghost Strong seal row!
Would the titan seal row bar work with this bench? Assuming the pad is around 12 inches wide at the top.
Big nope.. I use my utility seat on my rogue rack to do seal rows like you demonstrated. Works great!
he coop can you review some panetta equipment please
and the watson one is still better because it comes with a bar with offset handles so you dont bash the bar on the bottom of the bench
Can somebody knurl Coop's knob already?
I just found out that my building's communal gym is getting all new Technogym equipment. (cardio and strength training machines). Are they considered decent quality? Thanks.
It is definitely levels above rogue or most brands coop reviews, as it is geared towards commercial gym equipment, also more expensive
This bench is presently on sale from Eleiko for under $1k
Nice bench if only it had some type of foot peg to allow it to double for a flat bench... "Cool equipment you can watch online"👍
How about sorinex Chest Supported Row™ Machine. waiting for you reviews!!!
What shoes is he wearing?
wish I had a knurled knob
Pull that rough textured knob, Coop!
Compare it to the Titan prone row bench just like you would with anything else!!!
LOL only a sucker would fork out 1600 bux for something like that! My seal row ghetto set up cost over 10 x less and does the exact same thing 🤣
There is European design, American design and backyard gym design - flat bench raised on concrete blocks.
We have this in the gym that I go to, I have no idea how you can say its unstable.
He only means in comparison to a beefy rogue one. He says that he felt no issues with stability when using it.

When I'm done, it hangs on the wall.
Titan Fitness, you know what to do.
Why not just put a regular (much cheaper) bench up on wooden blocks?
Coop's massage table.
You said it ‘ a lot of space for basically one movement’
Just get an Amazon basic flat bench and stack in on top of some plates and you can seal row
Knurl on my knob, like corn on the cob!
Hey Coop
Pls do forceusa g20 review
