WOW !! Someone is getting a Beautiful, somewhat brand new home, she's only been in it for six months. This is such a spacious tiny with So many bells and whistles. Full size appliances including the washer & dryer Granite counter tops which I love seeing instead of the usual butcher block. Nice size kitchen & bathroom that doesn't feel like a coffin. 340 sq ft + spacious lofts, tons of storage, 2 doors, lots of windows, wonderful amenities. I love how she decorated it, the only thing I would add is plants and mirrors. I would not sell this Gem for no man just in case it doesn't work out, you Always have to have a back up plan. I would rent it out, this Gem is like paradise. I wish her the best !!
WOW! Living in a house like that, I wouldn't give it up for no one. The peace, tranquility, freedom, why would I ever leave and then to go to Florida??? I have questions. I know, a man. We Always sacrifice for a man. I wish her the best. The one thing I really appreciated about her is that she paid $100,000 for the house & is asking for $132,900. Love that she's not greedy as so many others are. That's a wonderful house. It's Almost how I had pictured my tiny house, if I were to purchase one. I wish her Happiness Always! 🌻

I hope you don't sell it. I sold mine in 2014 to move to Ecuador with my best friend of 13 years. I stepped off the plane in Guayaquil and knew I'd made the biggest mistake of my life. The sweetest guy I'd ever known let his mask fall and revealed a monster. He was a malignant narcissist. He had never been my friend. He was only grooming me. Once he had me isolated from friends and family all hell broke loose. Not the least of which was draining my finances. I was 60 at the time. I'm not trying to discourage you from finding love. Only trying to encourage you to have a backup plan. And as others have said, if it all works out well, you and your new beau have a lovely summer home to visit.
You have a very lovely home. Those colors that you chose gray, black, and white would be exactly what I would choose. Gray is my favorite color. It’s nice to meet another occupational therapist that enjoyed their career just as much as I enjoyed my career as an occupational therapist for 35 years, I am now medically retired at the age of 59. Sharing your beautiful home with us I really enjoyed the tour and you kitchen was the prettiest kitchen I’ve ever seen even in a full-size house. It was perfect play the only thing I didn’t like about it was that there was no railing from the very bottom to the very top of that staircase. I’m getting up an age and I will be afraid of falling and maybe even Would want some handrails on the other side of the staircase. Also, I would say that it’s probably the only thing that I didn’t like about your heart. But that’s because I am my 70s and I’m always afraid of him OK for some great ideas I’ve never even thought of You I loved your home and I can see where you come from. I wish you and your boyfriend all the very best, but you shouldn't sell your house for a few reasons. If things don't work out, you'll never get another " tiny " as big or as nice as this for that price. I don't know his age but I assume you're both in your 70's, ( God forbid ), but what if he got sick or had a stroke and you were left with nowhere to live. You could rent your house or maybe Air BnB it for another income. Please be careful with your choices.

I promised myself that I would never have to see snow again after living up north for 60 years. I grew up southern, and couldn’t wait to get back to decently warm 4 seasons, and love each one. A sweat jacket is enough of a winter coat! Boots don’t apply. I wish you well and hope you enjoy Florida as much as I do! Your tiny home is sure to please so many that you won’t wait long for a sale! It is just beautiful! There are some truly gorgeous beaches in the panhandle! Enjoy Florida to the fullest - there is much to see and do here!

Not good to transport houses between drastically different climates... Wood shrinks/expands. Homes built to industry standards for the climate they are built in

It’s a fantastic house, made even better by the fact it comes with a parking spot (if desired 😉)! Such a bittersweet transition for her, for sure ❤️
