He's one of my favorite hosts. He doesn't even have to make jokes, he's just very likable and comes across as genuine.

Seth is one of the best interviewers on late shows - polite, engaging, no fake laughing, no talking over a guest, no rushing. And Closer Look, damn, that's actual journalism, and news with comedy are less depressing (just a spoonful of sugar 🎶... 😅). As i already know The lobby baby story itself (it was such a joy to hear him tell it, just out of hospital, still with the father's bracelet 🥰), can't wait to find some timw to watch entire stand up special 😊

he is, by far, the best host. Across all time slots.
People, he's a writer. You kinda have to admit that he's a good one at that, for he was the head writer for one of the best runs of snl. Maybe his delivery or his style isnt up to your standards, but he has talent in what he does.

Whether you like his stand-up or his talk show Seth was head-writer at SNL when it was in one of it's strongest eras. That has to count for something. Also, he should get credit for using Amber Says What, Jokes Seth's Can't Tell and What Does Karen Know to give a platform to a diverse group of writers.

He's a great stand up comedian. I saw him three or four years ago and was surprised how good he was. Killer jokes. Great timing. A real pro. Met him after the show. A nice guy too.

Sesame Street has always featured a surprising amount of adult humor that went over kids' heads. My favorite was Cookie Monster eating cookies and counting them down until he had none. Cookie bemoans that he no longer has a number of cookies, so Guy Smiley comes by and tells him that zero is a number, so he has zero cookies. Cookie eats the "zeroeth" cookie, then says...and I'll never forget this..."Tastes great. Less filling."
That kind of adult humor is like the "Fingerprints" joke on Animaniacs.

I'm amazed that Lobby Baby is his first special. It's incredibly assured and well-realised. Not to mention using technology to hilarious effect.
While he's certainly not my favorite stand-up, I did enjoy Lobby Baby, and I've always just really liked Seth, and frankly the whole Meyers Family. They seem like very sweet, genuine, normal people.

I always thought Seth Meyers was funny simply by his association with much more recognized names (Poehler, Fey, McKay, etc.). While he isn’t my favorite comedic voice he has a keen sense for comedic talent and that’s what makes his show so great. His writing staff is consistently amazing, sometimes even better than Conan’s (my favs being Connor O’Malley, Mike Shoemaker, and Michelle Wolf). It also helps he’s a genuinely kind soul and doesn’t hog the spotlight, actively including and acknowledging his writers in his show.
When he said David Arquette Immediately thought WCW. I want to see this impression.
His stand-up special is the besttt next Yo John mulaney's.

1) Conan didn’t get “dumped” by NBC, he left because he knew that what they were planning on doing was a disgrace to the tonight show. 2) Conan is 10 times funnier than any other late night host out there right now. Not just my word or the public’s either, most actual comics feel the same
