My Dr never said a word about vitamins.only medication.Lucky for me I researched it specially for my heart. I did not take the blood thinner ,he gave me.After the exam the lady told me I do not have any blocking in my arteries. I researched the blood thinner the type he gave me.Doesn't even work on dissolving any blocking.
Exactly....cause not once that I've gone to the doctor have they ever asked, "what is your diet like?" Most of them act like it has nothing to to with your health even though they know what the typical western diet is like
They are taught to diagnose and prescribe. I've yet to find a Doctor who even knew what Willow Bark is! Answer; It's what Aspirin is made of, found in nature, and nearly devoid of side effects. Ask for a nutritionist and they give you a print out of SH*T to eat. I wish I was making it up, but they actually had Margarine on the list!!!!
I was having a stent put in every 2 yrs eating right and exercising daily.I took it upon myself to start taking 8000 fu of Nattokinase 2 times a day along with Turmeric,Garlic and MK7-K2 with 5000 iu of D3 and have not had a blockage in 6 yrs and feel great with no more afib to speak of and most of all putting all my faith in my Lord & Savior Jesus Christ.

I have taken a homemade turmeric shot every morning for years using fresh garlic, ginger, turmeric, black pepper, cayenne pepper , olive oil, juice of 1/2 a lemon and an apple( cover with just enough water and blend). Maybe time to add a little cinnamon too.

This sounds very good and hope it works. However I have been taking Vit C, magnesium, garlic, zinc, probiotics for 4 years and still ended up having a stroke. Speak to a doctor first.
It would be in your best interest to watch the two cardiac interventionists I do doctors Pradip Jamnadas and Nadir Ali. Also make sure your E is in the form of Tocotrienols no need to get the mixed ones. I have several kind of magnesium but for me, if I'm going to take only one it is the glycinate. They don't give out statins as if they're candy and they like healthy diet first. Lower carbs.

I personally take Brazil nuts regularly because they are high in selenium and my mother lived to 82 as well after outliving everyone else in her immediate family by over 22 years; they all died from heart attacks, growing their own food on a farm in Kansas which has no selinium in the soil.

Good warning. I would think the goal would be to move over to the Holistic natural supplements rather than pharmaceuticals with so many known side effects. Aspirin can be deadly even in chronic low dosage, whereas Turmeric generally won't cause those same issues, unless with a preexisting digestive issues like an ulcer. I personally opt for what's found in Nature prior to being altered by big pharma.

Drs prescribe only medicines for Blood pressure and ecosprin..they are note aware of any vitamins or minerals.. That means they need more patients with their existing patients..

Bananas are high in sugar so should be eaten minimally. You can get more Potassium from many other foods. This is a fabulous list and is also the same for many health benefits, including Cancer. Easy to put some of them right into a cup of Organic Coffee, Tea, or Cocao.

Those are studies done with synthetic vitamin E. which will give only negative results That was done deliberately. Natural vitamin E with all 8 tocopherols and tocotreinols has benefit
As to Vitamin C, isn't true that modern food production does not produce enough vitamin c, or any other vital nutrition, and only by using supplements can one receive enough of any vital nutrition?

Nattokinase perhaps. About 10'000 FU a day can dissolve beginning blood clots in a naturral way. I think of that as a prevention which should be safe. Lover doses, such as the 2'000 FU usually in capsules, has little effect on blood clots according to research. It's said to work well with the baby-aspirin otherwise used as prevention of blood clots. Astaxantin might do something against the inflammation which might be a cause. Exercise has a profound effect on these things. Much more than usually thought. But not enough by itself if you already have problems.

I personally take Brazil nuts regularly because they are high in selenium and my mother lived to 82 as well after outliving everyone else in her immediate family by over 22 years; they all died from heart attacks, growing their own food on a farm in Kansas which has no selinium in the soil.

Good warning. I would think the goal would be to move over to the Holistic natural supplements rather than pharmaceuticals with so many known side effects. Aspirin can be deadly even in chronic low dosage, whereas Turmeric generally won't cause those same issues, unless with a preexisting digestive issues like an ulcer. I personally opt for what's found in Nature prior to being altered by big pharma.

Bananas are high in sugar so should be eaten minimally. You can get more Potassium from many other foods. This is a fabulous list and is also the same for many health benefits, including Cancer. Easy to put some of them right into a cup of Organic Coffee, Tea, or Cocao.

Those are studies done with synthetic vitamin E. which will give only negative results That was done deliberately. Natural vitamin E with all 8 tocopherols and tocotreinols has benefit

As to Vitamin C, isn't true that modern food production does not produce enough vitamin c, or any other vital nutrition, and only by using supplements can one receive enough of any vital nutrition?

Nattokinase perhaps. About 10'000 FU a day can dissolve beginning blood clots in a naturral way. I think of that as a prevention which should be safe. Lover doses, such as the 2'000 FU usually in capsules, has little effect on blood clots according to research.
It's said to work well with the baby-aspirin otherwise used as prevention of blood clots.
Astaxantin might do something against the inflammation which might be a cause.
Exercise has a profound effect on these things. Much more than usually thought. But not enough by itself if you already have problems.
Try more water consumption and if you can > do some fasting.
