I drink (and you should too) Matcha green tea. It’s green tea leaves that are ground into a powder. So instead of steeping the leaves and then throwing them away, you are consuming the whole leaf. Which means that you’re going to get more of the wonderful benefits green tea has to offer 🤩 Just make sure you’re buying organic ceremonial Matcha, not culinary Matcha which is more bitter.

Green teas are semi fermented or lightly roasted with very high antioxidants. China grown white tea has the highest antioxidant content followed by the dragon tea. To me personally, this is very common knowledge. What’s important to note, consider getting an allergy test before consuming chamomile. I’m highly allergic to it. Many people are and most don’t know it. It’s basically a weed, given a fancy name. LOL Unfortunately it is added to many products these days, including shampoos, soaps, skin lotions and more. Take the time to get an allergy test and read labels.

How much tea should you consume daily to see benefits? Is there a daily limit to how much you should drink? Are there any side effects?

Not to overcharge the kidneys only once or two at day but don't drink sweet stuff again.

A1C is a measure of your blood sugar ratio over a three month period, ideally you don’t want the A1C to be over 5.0

That is an interesting question, though there may not yet be extensive studies investigating that exact topic. Best to avoid trying this experiment on yourself, though it most likely would not result in any significant side-effects. Still, just to play it safe, stick to consuming one type of tea at a time.
