I am almost 70 years old. I felt my mobility and strength decrease. Started your work out over a year ago. I have increased my mobility, balance and strength. For the past few months have added elliptical and power walks to my workouts routines. Your under 30 minute workouts fit my needs to keep total workouts to under one hour.
I used to do these workouts daily but it got frustrating and I came back to see if you’d changed format, but haven’t. Most other great workouts on RUclips (bodyweight with bumbell/bands) has a window with a preview of the next move. With short breaks and short work times it’s essential, otherwise half the work time is just setup. You’re not even done talking about it by the time it’s in the move. Even the names don’t help as much because everyone uses slightly different names for moves so seeing it really is the most foolproof way. Just take a clip of the next move and put it in the corner. And after doing them a lot I just put music on and turn volume down so seeing a quick preview of the next move is huge. Am I really the only one that does this? Anyway, no offense, great workouts otherwise. That quick pace is great but needs a preview OR a longer break to show each move fully set up once at least.

Depends on how much effort you put into it. Also, good nutrition helps too.

Pls dont promote the Clean Pulls = Upright Row.... that is one of the worst shoulder exercises leading to injuries "shoulder impingement" !
