I'm former athlete just turned 65 and thought I was in ok shape.This humbled me to nearly tears at how I am only a shadow of previous. You younger people get off your ass.Wheather you are religous or not... you have a body that is a gift.Use it.
I almost quit this workout in the first 6 minutes, but once I was able to finish it at 100%, you can't imagine how proud I was. It's a small honor in my heart, thank you so much for making this great video.
I havr been out of my home gym for 2 months due to surgery and finally got released to start working out again. The first thing I did this morning was get back on your page and do this. My arms are shaking, legs shaking, and a T-shirt full of sweat love it. I'm going to be hitting your 6-week shred program again

Great workout. Easy to follow and efficient. Had me yelling from the brutal leg exercises. Great combination of weight resistance and cardio. Definitely a decent calorie burner and mood setter for the day
I'm 48 this year.. shit! Used to weights and I do pull upsa fair bit wanted something to proper focus on, so I'll be doing as much as I can later . Good helpful video.👍

Loved that!! I must admit I started off with 15s, dropped to 12.5 or 10 depending exercise. It was great!
