Love this workout and do it regularly. All the push-up variations give me a real good pump in my chest. I usually sub the last two tricep exercises for lateral raises and shoulder press to get more burn in my shoulders 💪❤
Loving these videos, but I’ve noticed that you’re not doing warm downs at the end anymore. I think it would be cool if you recorded a warm down video as you did with a warm up video last year? Then you could direct people to it after finishing their workout. Anyway great stuff 👍
very difficult to change bands and door anchors in 15 seconds. not sure what the answer is but i find myself pausing u all the time for extended periods.
