As a mom to young girls can I just say thank you! I'm so thankful to have found a workout program that has modestly dressed trainers and no inappropriate music in the background. Can't wait to finish this round of 30 days then purchase the dumbbell program on your site! Thanks for not following the RUclips trend and being different!
I really enjoyed that, the abs part was challenging but I want to work on my core strenght sonthats perfect. And I felt light as a feather after those stretches 😁
That's Pilates, and Yoga exercise i done frecuenty on my daily routine, I do abs exercise done everyday. This abs workouts reaching late, I just wacht becouse today i did double sesh routine, Strength workout and restorative pilates. but is a greatest. I think the circle crunches is the only one i didn't do by as long time. i will incorporate it tomorrow.
