    Just started to follow your workouts again and I am very excited too, I have a osteoarthritis. If you can include any alternative or low impact for knee sensitive that would be great.

    Wow love and subscribed i love that your workouts are not a hour long there doable times to get the work in amd not be drained or dread doing them . And i cant use dumbells i have the bands so rhe fact that u hive us both options everytime is amazon and i dont have to guess thank you !!
