    I love your videos and they are a part of my routine at least 4 times a week. DJ please look after yourself, I know you haven't been feeling well. Your health is more important, we can wait until you are better to see your next video. We are not going anywhere.

    Yes, my husband and I are always opposite!!!😂 It's a good thing, though like you said...we complement each other!

    I have tried a lot of different stretching routines but keep coming back to this one. It makes me feel like I have a brand new body afterwards! Thank you for all the great content, it’s very much appreciated 🥺
