2013-2018 (2019-2021 Classic) Ram OEM AUX Panel Install | AlfaOBD Programming

In this video I add the OEM AUX switches to a 2018 Ram 1500 and program the BCM with AlfaOBD to get the AUX switch menu.

Like your video. I did the same thing to my 2018 RAM. I have the 8.4 and it does show up in the radio menu but will not accept any changes. When I click to change it will automatically change back.

Hey, i know this video is kinda old but i was wondering to do this do i need to program in my 2014 1500 or can i just plug in the aux and wire them up for off road lights.

What OBD program are you using to get into the Modules? What does it cost?

AlfaOBD - it's $50 and then the OBD dongle is an OBDLink MX+ - it's $99-$140 depending on if it's on sale or not.

Do you need Alphaobd to make this work? If so, I'll have to get one.

Yes, you have to have AlphaOBD. Otherwise the buttons would not work
