I was really thought full, after watching so many of videos on RUclips on every subject, but why it doesn't help to real change in my life?
And now i understand it will not help because Google, you tube have informations , ton of Information,
Now i know , my life will change only when i will convert these information into knowledge and then Experience,
Knowledge about knowing what to Do
Wisdom is abot what not to do,

Great stuff Dan, you are wise and give out pearls of wisdom...BTW if you want 'deep', be careful what you ask for, because you will be challenged greatly by ''Aug Tellez'' on YT. Give his ''The Progenitor System'' video a listen...I had to listen to this 4 times before I understood it fully....he's on to something so profound it's almost beyond words. Be well.

How I Will Apply what I learned from this video:
    1. Develop clarity - before reading a book, write down exactly what is my desired outcome
    2. I shall focus on how fast I can turn information > knowledge > experience > Wisdom through quick implementation of what I learn.
    3. Read to solve current and near future issues (3 months); not what I may need 3 years down the road.

You can read hundreds of investment books and gain lots of knowledge, but without taking action and putting your money to work, you will never become wealthy.

Carlos Vivanco By doing it and learning from the mistake. He says he takes 3 ideas from a book that he reads. Will all those ideas work? Probably not, but you learn why did it go wrong? where did it go wrong? You answer those questions and implement it in a different way. Learning to tackle a problem in different angles. That's how you gain experience and wisdom.

Don’t read books, use books. - Its all about taking ideas, taking information, converting it into knowledge, turn it into experience, filter the years of experience, then condense that into wisdom. That is the key for success. Thank you Dan. I’ve been spinning my wheels now from almost a year and five months.... I have been pushing myself through the ranks in the business that I’m in. finally I became my own business owner, threw it all, but I’m still really new at.. I’ve been doing really well but now I feel like I’ve been stagnant… This evening you really re-sparked something that I’ve been asking for along time... and that is how do you become wise. With this knowledge, I feel that I can now go back out there with confidence and be able to use this knowledge that I have and, be able to use the business that I’m in, to be able to make the money that I need to create my dream. That’s for later discussion... Great video! 5-stars!

    This is true !
If book reading was a way to make a profit then librarians and bookworms would be rich or millionares..
How many of these people do you know that have actually accumulated wealth?
Reading is good but not too much and not too little..
    Implementation is everything..
Information in books sparks the fire and your effort and work is what sustains it in to wealth.
Needless to say that this applies to quality book material.

Remember a self help book is written by a Human and not God, and that is written from his/her personal experience. Self help books will give you the way that worked for that person and it is not the Ultimatum, you take information from that book and use it according to your situation. You don't need to practice every single thing written in that book!

The distinction you made between Knowledge and Wisdom really helped me tonight in my marriage. After I got in a fight with my husband, I went back to reconcile and tried something entirely different. I wasn't 100% successful but I made progress in the reconciliation. In the past, he would have shut me down completely and the reconciliation often turned into another fight. Yet, tonight, he listened to me. Even though he didn't drop down his wall, my approach didn't end in a fight and I didn't leave the scene feeling resentful as I often did. I was encouraged by the idea that I need to keep tweaking my approach, gaining more experience till I get to my goal of reconciliation an hour after a fight. I am going to be using this strategy of converting knowledge to Wisdom in all the important areas of my life. Thank you!

38/100 videos down. For those of yall that are not sure what I am talking about; Dan set a challenge to watch 100 videos and see how your life improves.
So far. My entire posture has improved. I work in Final Expense sales. I respond to leads by going to their house in person (my clients recieve a letter in the mail letting them know I will come by). Between houses I play his videos and listen with my mind and heart. By the time I make it to the door...my energy is in such a confident and clear space that I no longer feel uncomfortable knocking on the door. The seniors I help appreciate me and love my style during the sales presentations. My closing has improved also. It made the difference of going out two days with no results to going out for 1 hour and closing easily. I no longer feel anxious but rather excited.
I believe in myself and my vision has expanded.
I failed to make things happen with this business 3x due to lack of confidence and self sabotage.
My goal is to produce 26k in annualized premium in 1 month for 4 months straight.
    Lets see what happenes next...

    • @PamPawz
      @PamPawz 5 лет назад

Wrong... Information and knowing which action to take makes you richer. This is why you need experience to filter out which action to take. There is no one size fits all. What works for someone may not work for you. That's why its not so easy to gain wisdom... it takes experience and time.

How can someone use books? They need to read in the first place. Reading is an action from which the information is gathered and it can be used later. So when Dan says he doesn't read, he reads but uses the information as he is explaining.
