You are doing so well, I can see the weight loss in your face. All of the hard work you are putting into school will pay off. Just think within a couple years you will be happy, healthy with a career in nursing. ☺

Ice cream was my downfall (PB Chocolate from Baskin Robbins was my kryptonite) pre-RNY. Since I discovered that Greek yogurt is like similar consistency to 14% sour cream, I haven't really wanted ice cream. Bread isn't exactly a problem but my tummy prefers toasted or crouton-consistency over regular bread. The nursing program barely leaves you time to breathe or sleep never mind fitting in gym time! Don't worry, you'll find time over the summer between semesters! ;)
