No joke the voice actor absolutly nailed it.
i loved his performance in this game. he is the VA that played trevor goodchild on the aeon flux series. definitely check it out.

"Manufactured nethicite! like Bergan. How could you do this. How could you fall this far?" This might be one of my favorite dialoge scene from the game. Love it!
I used to annoy my brother as a kid by saying what the guy said at 1:05 with the same inflection as him. I never understood what he was saying so I basically said gibberish except I'd throw in Dalmasca at the end because that is the only part that I remember. Now I know what was said.

It would have been unique to have him with some robotic attacks, could replace Laguna. I would also add Caius Ballad, Ravus Nox Fleuret, Vincent Valentine, the Shadow Lord from FF 11, and Larkeicus, Galdes, the Black Knight from the Crystal Chronicles series, and Verstael Besithia.
I'm surprised how great the game looks. Good memories from this title

Finally, someone said it out loud. Every scene with her in it is borderline uncomfortable.
That is all I remember about her character. She just gasped a lot, complained, and got a lot of attention for being a princess, but never really contributed anything.
Honestly the gasping in 12 is one of the few things i find SUUUUUUPER grating about the game and i never thought gasping of all things would ever make my gripe

Two Fun Facts: The Small Face Sprites on the Battle Menu Has no Noses To Reference Final Fantasy Tactics and CIds Guns if you look into the Files Are Called Mustadio Type and Besrudio Type.
The greatest thing about this fight is if you _stand behind Cid_ his attack misses you completely.
It even managed to miss two of them since he targeted Penelo while she was much farther away
So imagine this guy literally having Lucifer as his bestie.

I don't think I used Quickenings at all for this battle, (Playing PS2 version) all my party has sword and shields equipped, first time without quickenings, I think the main problem i had is that leveling takes SOOO LONG that i just continued the story which means I used quickenings a lot, Only started really grinding for leveling when I was heading to Arcadia
whoever is playing this REALLY needs to work on their gambit system more...
i mean come on, hardly any buffs are cast on the team... you always should have a buffer, support, and a strong attacker (physical or magical depends on you and the situation since this guy spams reflect)...
the other videos show the player using buffs in fights. I guess he/she didn't see them necessary in this one
I thought the same. I just finished this fight. My team is averaged at lv. 45, in 32 hours gameplay. My main blitz setup is: Basch/Vaan on Berserk+Haste+Bravery, Ashelia Red Battle Mage + Black Mage clearing out multiple foes and healing at critical, Penelo as White Mage and Time Battlemage to heal, buff, and cast gravity or ranged damage with crossbow.
I flew through this boss fight, took me well under 2 minutes. I'll have to see the uploader's other videos if he has better gambits.
Jeez, I was just above 30 when I did this and I didn't buff at all ._.
Holy moly! I have never looked at video game characters and thought of them as attractive, but Cid is the exception. Incineratingly hot! 🔥

Guest characters. These are temporary party members. I think the only ones you get are Larsa, Vossler, and Reddas. Ashe and Basch don't count since they become permanent later on.

Oh my gosh that was hard I had chracters that wanted to attack the boss alway have 2 characters to take out the low health enemies first

three quickenings did 2800 points of damage.
I don't think I've ever seen a more useless limit break system
Esper summon and Quickenings are the only thing that is completely useless or... more so unfinished if i must say, still i don't even rely them on any battles, Baltoro's Seed and Remedy (Nihopalaoa tricks) is all i need.
I wouldn't say useless, but generally unreliable if you are relying on the combo chain alone. The way the system works, it is highly random for each individual hit to the point where it can do 1-9999 damage (mind you, Shemhazai's normal attack is more consistent than that). The real damage is in the concurrence that happens since you need that to do most of the damage. The hurdle to GET the big one though is not very easy because you have to get lucky for black hole to happen. That being said, it is a lot easier to do more damage with limits if you just use it on espers and immediately activate the deathblow. Of the Espers Shemhazai (keep her in battle), Zodiark (guaranteed massive damage), Zeromus (immediately blast the super once he is at low health) and Zalera (cheap) are the most useful and consistent. The rest are weird.
Very easy boss took very long for whoever played it. The only challenge are the secret boss and the last esper....nothing else...everything else is roadkill :D
A good player keeps his levels low to ensure every boss is challenging. If anything, this player is overleveled - and what does that make you?
Have to to agree to disagree..partially (that is my opinion). So keep yours to yourself. Played this game three times. Story bosses are easy nothing challenging (at least not for me). I would have done this under 5 minutes (including cutscenes). But that is my personal opinion.
Christian Floyd Face it, this guy is MLG and has clearly gone into the FFXII pro scene, people like you are nothing to him... He's also twelve and makes his brother power level him until he's got a god mode party
Bosses were tough on my first playthrough only. Though I totally forgot about hunts and such.

The music is terrible too. Lack of sfx. But the gameplay is much better than previous ff games. The story is great but dialogue is weak and lame except for balthier.
