    請問麵包可以室內常溫放置最長多久時間呢?謝謝

      我大概會在室溫放一天左右,然後放在冰箱冷凍,吃的時候略為回溫,然後放回小烤箱加熱

      你好,聽起來很可行喔,但不知道兩者的吸水情況和放在麵團的狀態會否一樣,我未有試過所以不肯定份量會否相同。
