Hi!^^ I got a question. I’m a female,16 years old, I’m 5’2 and my weight is 158. I really want to lose weight so I can become skinny and have a flat stomach. Do I have to be in a calorie deficit in order to achieve that? Or can I just eat 3 healthy meals a day instead? Because I always hear people say to go on a calorie deficit but it feels like too much for me 😭
