Thank you for this. I didn’t eat anything yesterday and didn’t plan on eating anything for the next couple of days because I’ve just been eating really bad and have been feeling terrible, plus the uncomfortable weight gain of course. But I know that even if I starve for a few days, it won’t really fix anything. Like you said, I will most likely gain the weight back. If I don’t change my eating habits altogether, this cycle will only continue. Slow and steady wins the race 😊
You have to know that for losing weight, you MUST eat :) eating is your best friend for a good metabolism, energy and happiness. If you don't eat, your body will think that you are threatened and it will keep the fat as an emergency :0 but you should search for it, there are a lot of qualified people who are capable of explaining some stuff to you :)
What a great vid! You are SO right, your slimmest is NOT always your best! I am currently 10kgs heavier than I used to be years ago, but I am by no means overweight. I was too thin, and very unhappy within myself. I am far happier now, I eat a healthy balanced diet and do a little exercise most days a week. Most importantly I eat in a way that is sustainable long term and something I can keep up for the rest of my life. No restricting, just mindful of what I choose to eat.
Absolutely! I used to get compliments on how skinny I was all the time, meanwhile I was barely eating anything and in a spiraling depressive episode. If having 15 extra kg means not wanting to die everyday, then so be it.
Quit a dangerous advice for an increasily obese world. We have way too many people thinking they are ok while being almost overweight then in the opposite spectrum.
She's literally so right! You have to see where you started. Just this week, I was scrolling through old photos with my sister(who's also on a weightloss journey) and we were astonished by how different we looked from now. I never realized how much I've lost. My midsection was so much wider and bigger than it is now and my face was super chubby. All this time I've been caught up on all the weight I have to lose that I didn't even acknowledge all the weight I have lost.
Love your profile and it's honestly so cool, but so tough to have a good mindset, you don't want to over fixate on getting results I suppose and don't want to never be satisfied to the point you don't have a solid or long term goal from constantly changing it up.
I needed to hear the point about - to remember where I started. I weighted 122 kilos at one point and I lost a lot of weight and I was 76 kilos. Now I gained a little weight because I wasn’t in my best mood and was isolated a lot. But now I’m back on track and I have to remember that I lost over 40 kilos. Like I’m proud of myself and now I’m gonna be fit and actually workout more than before and I feel the best I ever felt.
As someone who was raised to be fat and has probably some genetic disposition towards being fat, this video means everything. I lost lots of weight, kept it off for 3 years and now during corona gained it all back. Thank you so much for this video, every word is true! And thank you for being truly body positive in a way, where you love yourself enough to take care of yourself and listen to your body

If there is one thing I would recommend every person to add into their routine it's lifting weights! It significantly increases metabolism, cognitive functions, bone strength, so much more... I used to be underweight and thought I'd increase my metabolism with certain foods or cardio, but now I literally eat 3500 kcal a day and still have a very low body fat percentage. Walking is also really underrated, it's so healthy and keeps you active and mobile!
I agree with the exercise part!!! I used to weight 115kg bc of insuline resistance an PCOS and now i weight 63kg (but i have muscle mass). So true! The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 6:19 that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and so we really need to take good care of our bodies. At the same time this verse also means that our bodies are not our own but of God, and that is why it should be clear and pure of unnecessary impurities. Thank you for your words of encouragement sister, you're so gorgeous and beautiful I hope to get slimmer face like you ❤️
hi! i just found your channel and i absolutely love it. for the past year i’ve been struggling with an ed and i’ve lost around 10 kg. i’ve attempted recovery a lot of times, but i always relapsed because my weight going up really triggers me. i’ve figured out that if i really want to recover i should adopt a healthy lifestyle that allows me to eat normally without worrying about weight gain, with exercise, hydration and these kind of tips. i know i might gain weight, but my body will stay in a good shape and feel more powerful in general, so i won’t feel bad. i don’t know if that makes sense for other people, but it does for me and that’s what matters. thank you for these great videos!
Moving from a neighborhood in the northern USA that had sidewalks to Alabama where there are no side walks outside of downtown areas, the point about overall activity is so valid. I used to be able to go on long hour long walks directly from my front door. Now I have to drive to the nearest park and walk. Southerners don't seem to recognize that the lack of walkability down here is part of the reason everyone seems to have health and/or weight problems. Thankfully I am knowledgeable about how to have a healthy body from where I used to live, but if I was born here, I would have no idea.
walking is so key honestly, before i was just fasting and not really eating. now i’m on a defecit yet i eat more and healthier and walk every day!!! i’m ten lbs down since i started
You are so right coz I did exercices in 3 months and then I be thin and I was satisfated with that so I stop doing exercices and like 6 or 8 months later, I notice that I had more weight so I decide go back doing exercices coz I want be healthull forever and don't end like the other members of my family
Super interesting! 🧡 I feel it's more about how to actually keep this lifestyle and find a new standard instead of a 30 days of whatever-training or a diet, etc.. Especially in the model industry where you get booked often on the last minute, so you have to look good and healthy throughout. Would you be interested in doing some more ideas/hacks for keeping this beauty? For example between shootings or shows when you get a lot of different products on your skin and hair and maybe not enough sleep and movement? I always wondered how models can maintain it 😊🙏🌻
Yeahh your career is going to be years, not 30 days 😅. And yes I would love to do more beauty related videos. I want to do a skincare one but I’m debating whether to do an in-depth 20min one or a Tiktok/YTshorts showing what I use. Maybe if other people see this they can comment whatever other beauty related videos ideas they have too… ❤️
This is by far the best video on the weight loss in hundreds that I wached 👏🏼 I enjoyed that you wasn't talking about calories and food, but other aspects that is often more crucial. You also didn't trigger me at all, which often happens with those types of videos, I didn't want to began to starve myself to look like you or something. Thank you 🧡
Thanks love, I needed this i'm an active person i love moving, having fun. Sometimes people around me do really affect me, when i hear someone say our legs are too big or they have a little belly. I don't like it, i hate it when they say that to themself, someone else or me. I recovered myself from nearly getting ED but I love where I am now it gets hard sometimes, but honestly, i luv ur videos, they always bring me back to myself and give me motivation. you said very true words, thank you for spiking that energy and ideas i needed to manage my self thanks!!
I used to be naturally slim. Since covid i experienced levels of anxiety and my gut has suffered a ton because of that. Going from an easy 112 lbs to 145 lbs (as an average 5"4 woman, i would be considered teetering into "overweight" territory by now) was shocking to me and by the time i realized it i wanted to take control of my health in all ways possible.
I've had daily chronic migraines for the past 11 years, fibromyalgia for 9 years, and CFS for 1+ years. I've also had to stop working. Managing my weight has been difficult! I've yo-yoed up and down by signing up for weight watchers, but I always gain it back once I stop. I've been feeling very unhappy with my body (now currently obese) but haven't been able to get my mind into a place where I could go back on a "diet". This video has helped me so much! It's made me reevaluate things that have contributed to my weight gain and has helped me regain a balanced plan of action to get back to where I was happy with my body. Thank you for sharing this. It was exactly what I needed!
Guuuurl where have you been all my life? You are such a beautiful person! I feel like I’m listening to one of my besties when watching your videos! I have been binge watching all your videos. I have finally found someone that talks about weight loss in the way that makes the most sense to me and my goals. Keep these up because you have motivated me so so so much! Thank you 🥹😍
You are soooo incredibly stunning and your skin is GLOWING; legit the picture of health! I genuinely trust every single thing you say. Can't wait to improve my life with youuuu :) xxxx
I use to always be so slim (naturally) back then highschool (105lbs) but at some point i started to have this toxic mentality of wanting to gain weight rapidly so i would over eat a lottt and then just sit all day.. I'm sure that slowed my metabolism a bunch and so i ended up being overweight at the age of 21 (140lbs) and i went on a "small diet" wich really helped a lot and i lost around 16-20 pounds butttt i would get really hungry at times and i would eat normally and i would easily gain like 2-3 pounds easily in 1 day and i got so upset so after searching around i now understand what the heck is going on LOL. Now im going to start being more active and do whatever that will help boost my metabolism 😄
Lets be honest, the most important is when you see and feel food. When you watch something on the phone or laptop while eating, your brain doesn't understand that you are eating, and you will desire eat again soon. When i stopped eating and watching smth on youtube at the same time, i stopped eating often and this helped me to lose weight (not only this, for sure, but this is almost the main thing)
The one thing that really helps me is to give myself the smallest goal..like just exercise for 5 minutes today, I eventually begin to enjoy it and doing much more without having to even push myself very much
People really overlook stability. When you find something that’s easy for you to do every day and is it a stress on your body it will definitely keep you in shape for the long-haul.
🥺🥺🥺 i really enjoy bouldering, and it's something i would do everyday! And it makes me feel good and more energetic, but recently I've been stuck at home due to an illness in my intestines, even if i go for a walk my stomach starts hurting so bad afterwards. What keeps me active is going back and forth to the bathroom 🤣 I remember before i got sick, going around new places and cities was my favourite thing to do😍 if you have the chance to explore and be active at the same time, it's one of the best feelings!
You’re so inspiring! Your videos were the push I needed to quit added sugar and candy. I have a sugar addiction but I’m managing okay with sweet fruit and dried fruits instead of empty calorie snacks and candy.
Thank you so much for this video 💕 Your tips are not extreme or unattainable/ not sustainable. These are very realistic and healthy ways to maintain weight and have a healthier relationship with food and exercise :)
Thank you so much for the video, goodness. I'm currently recovering and this has really given me more confidence to eat more, as someone who has damaged their health so much due to my eating habit.
thank you for this video it really means a lot as someone who struggles with body image and weight. you seem like a person i would love to be friends with
Thank you for this video. And I am gonna work on losing weight and taking my time. I do fast and other stuff but thats just me. But i gotta realize i did alot to lose 60 pounds and im doing so good and that i might have stalled for years but with the right mindset I can overcome those struggles and this is me wanting to commit for the next 90 days. Thanks for this video.
somethimes bc of the college i can't do my usual workout routine but i always try to do at least 10 mins workout or i just go for a short walk to stay constant and keep my body moving
People who tell me to take breaks from exercising are normally not in good shape. The only way I could justify not working out for months is if I had surgery or was very very sickly (thank god I’m not)
Your advice is great, but it's clear you've got genetics on your side. Not just anyone can slim down and look like (and actually be!) a model. More power to ya though
I'm someone whose slimmed down and you might think I'm a bean pole from a side view....but wide hips and shoulders means I always look bigger from the front even though my tummy's flat. It's made my body dysmorphia pretty bad knowing I'll never have a petite frame even though I put in the work daily, exercising my face off and eating clean. Its like in the Taylor swift song where you feel everyone else is a small petite baby and you're a monster 💩 or a big shetland horse next to ponies. I wish people could understand that aspect of supposedly skinny people whining they are fat. They just. Mean they feel bigger.
@@showerpwner I know that feeling, I've been slimming down and I can see I'll look petite from the side but from the front my shoulders and thighs 😭, but I'll still get as slim as physically possible. Fasting really works.
so what i do for myself is i have breakfast (a healthy cereal), do my playlist that i made (do those stretches and exercises twice a day, i’m getting into walking an hour and a half per day, and then for dinner i’ll have something healthy or something okay (like macaroni) and only just a little bit. i don’t drink soft drinks, water, or energy drinks (ik that isn’t exactly healthy but still) and i think it’s working xx

@@Jaderoselima lmao yes that title is not as click worthy honestly it’s crazy how much exercise helps my mood to change I’m trying to exercise more and I’m noticing instead of dreading it I’m actually happy and feel so accomplished and proud of myself for a completing a workout which I know is not a big deal to some but man working out helps my mental health a lot
Same! I walk to school everyday but in the summer I just lazed around all day so I gained. When I went back to school I lost weight again
chia seeds (limited) and lemon with honey is my secret to fast metabolism. Also I personally avoid sugar and high fat food as much as possible :))
I've never listened anyone's video with so much patience just like yours💝
Great video. I’ve lost 35kg in 4 months and kept it off
omg congrats!!! how did u do it? 😊
How did you do it?
How
how that's a lot in a short time, wow
How did u do itt?
I looove how sincere you are and just to hear your voice ♥️♥️♥️
You love her voice. I love her body.
Consciously adding in more movement each day ( walk/ dance / 1 minute jumping jacks each hour …)… adds up !
This video wins the Internet.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you so much. This video was everything to me.
Oh yes…here for this!!!! Skinny legend status for 2023.
walking is so key honestly, before i was just fasting and not really eating. now i’m on a defecit yet i eat more and healthier and walk every day!!! i’m ten lbs down since i started
I love your mentality
All the way from SA 🇿🇦

I’m so glad you mentioned pcos. It’s really too much I actually need less calories than most people but I have the same appetite 😅
This video gave me so much peace where other peoples thoughts on weight have not. Thank you for your perspective
Maybe if other people see this they can comment whatever other beauty related videos ideas they have too… ❤️
Just shared a beauty hacks video! 💕

Your posture is soooo good!! 🥺❤️
This is by far the best video on the weight loss in hundreds that I wached 👏🏼
I enjoyed that you wasn't talking about calories and food, but other aspects that is often more crucial.
I recovered myself from nearly getting ED but I love where I am now it gets hard sometimes, but honestly, i luv ur videos, they always bring me back to myself and give me motivation. you said very true words, thank you for spiking that energy and ideas i needed to manage my self thanks!!
jade you’re literally the most beautiful person ever
You really look like the black K-pop idol you’re gorgeous!
Love your content since the first video really helped me escape this loop of binging and restricting
Thank you 🥹😍
Loveee! You’re so kind 💕
off topic but this is my fave hairstyle of yours!!
Now im going to start being more active and do whatever that will help boost my metabolism 😄
omg I felt in love with your personality from the first video I watched 🥺 also you’re gorgeous 💗
Girl, you are majestic! Thank you so much for sharing!
Internet is so full of misinformation about losing weight. Thank you for being a voice of reason and sharing tips that actually work.
i literally love ur accent 💗 thx for this
Lets be honest, the most important is when you see and feel food.
I really enjoyed watching this i usually get bored watching these type of videos (like talking videos) but I really enjoyed this!
🥺🥺🥺 i really enjoy bouldering, and it's something i would do everyday! And it makes me feel good and more energetic, but recently I've been stuck at home due to an illness in my intestines, even if i go for a walk my stomach starts hurting so bad afterwards. What keeps me active is going back and forth to the bathroom 🤣
I remember before i got sick, going around new places and cities was my favourite thing to do😍 if you have the chance to explore and be active at the same time, it's one of the best feelings!
You’re so inspiring! Your videos were the push I needed to quit added sugar and candy. I have a sugar addiction but I’m managing okay with sweet fruit and dried fruits instead of empty calorie snacks and candy.
You’re so beautiful! Inside & out. Just bumped into your channel and immediately subscribed. Such a healthy perspective! Thank you for sharing!! ❤
Appreciate your wins 🙌🏽❤️
True definition of influencer! Love your content
Awww! Thank you lovely 🥰

I love your videos so much. Thanku to make me so motivated to live healthier.🌸😘
I’m so glad 💕💕
It's important to take a break from working out for 1-2 days a week. However, you can still engage in lighter physical activities during those days.
Such a beautiful accent and you look gorgeous 🎀
She’s a Monalisa 🎶
Thank you so much for this video 💕 Your tips are not extreme or unattainable/ not sustainable. These are very realistic and healthy ways to maintain weight and have a healthier relationship with food and exercise :)
Thank you so much for the video, goodness. I'm currently recovering and this has really given me more confidence to eat more, as someone who has damaged their health so much due to my eating habit.
you are glowing 😍
I love your energy girl!
you're beautiful, i love the way u talk and honestly i really wanna be like you when i grow up.
Sorry but I HAVE to comment. Girl, you look so pretty, like omgggg, unreal type of pretty !!
you're absolutely amazing! thank you so much, I got so inspired!
thank you for this video it really means a lot as someone who struggles with body image and weight. you seem like a person i would love to be friends with
Your eyes are really pretty!!!❤ (not in a creepy way)
Thank you for this video.
Very realistic and doable, thank you ❤️
You’re literally so gorgeous
I'm doing some inside / room walking workouts... They really works.
somethimes bc of the college i can't do my usual workout routine but i always try to do at least 10 mins workout or i just go for a short walk to stay constant and keep my body moving
This is actually useful. Thank you
Such a good video, I agree with everything you said.
your top is so lovely!!
Thank you so much. That is very holistic and nice!
Thank you for this video!! I cant wait to implement all those things in my lifestyle!
You are soooo pretty! And thank you so much for the tips!
People who tell me to take breaks from exercising are normally not in good shape. The only way I could justify not working out for months is if I had surgery or was very very sickly (thank god I’m not)
you are absolutely gorgeous!!
@@LeratoM98 this is so unhealthy!!!!!! Seriously talk to a mental health professional and look into the harm of fasting
Thankyou for educating us ❤
so what i do for myself is i have breakfast (a healthy cereal), do my playlist that i made (do those stretches and exercises twice a day, i’m getting into walking an hour and a half per day, and then for dinner i’ll have something healthy or something okay (like macaroni) and only just a little bit. i don’t drink soft drinks, water, or energy drinks (ik that isn’t exactly healthy but still) and i think it’s working xx
Me listening to this while living in NC atm🥲 I miss Europe😭😭💔
I have just discovered you and I already love youuuu
Thank you for the video! I’ll take this into account
Hi Jade, thank you for your video. First time I discover your channel, and I love your style and your content, I just subscribed! You look beautiful! xx
Love your content and advice! I’m at 140 right now and feel great! But I’m my mind I want to get to 132. But why?! I love how my curves feel and my stomach is getting snatched. Plus I love having boobs which I do lose when I get too skinny. I love your channel!
