I personally don't eat sugar at all, but then have 2 'cheat days' every month. It's great cause i don't really get cravings anymore, it's just that I'm careful not to let those days turn into binges😐

awww hi jade!! i have missed your videos!! i’ve cut out social media for mental health reasons, so i am so glad you’re posting here! i have been incorporating using fruits as a sweetener a lot, especially as a new vegan. i got caught up making vegan baked goods and realized that my skin was breaking out bad!!! so fruits are the best way to go and have a treat every once in a while! anyways, thank you sis!! 🫶🏾
If you peel the pomegranate underwater (like fill a big bowl with water) then you don't have to worry as much about the spurts of juice staining anything. Also the pulp and peel float while the fruit pieces sink. Fun hack!

Replacing hot chocolate with raw cacao seems so good-I’m not much of a tea drinker. I didn’t grow up drinking much tea but I want to explore!
